Description
Claims (14)
- 第1のルーメンを画定する細長の管状体であって、
近位保持構造体と、
遠位保持構造体と、
前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体との間に延びる円筒形のサドル領域と、
を備える、前記細長の管状体と、
前記細長の管状体の遠位端に取り付けられる漏斗部材と、
前記細長の管状体の内面から前記第1のルーメンの中に延びるタブと、を備え、
前記漏斗部材は、第1の姿勢と第2の姿勢との間で動くように構成されており、かつ、
前記漏斗部材と前記細長の管状体とは、前記第1の姿勢にあるときには、当該漏斗部材と当該細長の管状体とを通る流路を形成するべく開いた中央ルーメンを画定する
ドレイナージ導管。 - 前記タブは、開口を含む、請求項1に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記タブは、前記細長の管状体の遠位端に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記漏斗部材は、前記第2の姿勢にあるときには、前記細長の管状体の外面に沿って折り返される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 第1のルーメンを画定する細長の管状体であって、
近位保持構造体と、
遠位保持構造体と、
前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体との間に延びる円筒形のサドル領域と、
を備える、前記細長の管状体と、
前記細長の管状体の遠位端に取り付けられる漏斗部材と、を備え、
前記漏斗部材は、第1の姿勢と第2の姿勢との間で動くように構成されており、
前記漏斗部材と前記細長の管状体とは、前記第1の姿勢にあるときには、当該漏斗部材と当該細長の管状体とを通る流路を形成するべく開いた中央ルーメンを画定し、かつ、
前記漏斗部材は、前記第2の姿勢にあるときには、前記細長の管状体の外面に沿って折り返される、ドレイナージ導管。 - 第1のルーメンを画定する細長の管状体であって、
近位保持構造体と、
遠位保持構造体と、
前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体との間に延びる円筒形のサドル領域と、
を備える、前記細長の管状体と、
前記細長の管状体の遠位端に取り付けられる漏斗部材と、
前記細長の管状体の一部の周りに配置されるとともに、前記近位保持構造体から近位側に延出するバリア部材と、を備え、
前記漏斗部材は、第1の姿勢と第2の姿勢との間で動くように構成されており、かつ、
前記漏斗部材と前記細長の管状体とは、前記第1の姿勢にあるときには、当該漏斗部材と当該細長の管状体とを通る流路を形成するべく開いた中央ルーメンを画定し、
前記バリア部材は、メッシュ状構造体を含む、ドレイナージ導管。 - 前記漏斗部材は、コンプライアンス又は準コンプライアンスのある材質である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体とは、前記細長の管状体の外面から外向きに延出する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体とは、前記細長の管状体の周囲に直角に延びる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体の直径は、前記円筒形のサドル領域の直径よりも大きい、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記近位保持構造体と前記遠位保持構造体とは、対向する組織壁の表面に接触するように構成された対向する平らな面を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記近位保持構造体は、第1の組織層に接触するように構成されるとともに、前記遠位保持構造体は、第2の組織層に接触するように構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記細長の管状体の前記第1のルーメンの内部に配置されたバルブをさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のドレイナージ導管。
- 前記バルブは、一方向スリットバルブである、請求項13に記載のドレイナージ導管。
