Description
Claims (3)
- ワイヤハーネスが挿通配置されるプロテクタ本体と、
前記プロテクタ本体の開口部を蓋覆する蓋体とを備え、
前記プロテクタ本体の壁部の少なくとも一部が、外壁と該外壁から隙間を隔てて対向配置された内壁からなる二重壁部によって構成されており、
前記プロテクタ本体が、前記ワイヤハーネスの延出方向に沿って延びると共に、底壁と、該底壁の両側縁部から突出する一対の側壁を備える樋形状を有している一方、
前記一対の側壁の一方が、前記底壁から突出する前記外壁と、該外壁よりも前記プロテクタ本体の幅方向内方に離隔した位置において前記底壁から突出する前記内壁を有する前記二重壁部を含んで構成されており、該二重壁部の上方開口部が前記蓋体によって蓋覆されており、
前記プロテクタ本体における前記二重壁部の前記外壁が、前記プロテクタ本体の前記底壁よりも下方に延び出す下方延出部を有している
ことを特徴とするハーネスプロテクタ。 - 前記二重壁部における前記外壁と前記内壁の間には、該外壁と該内壁の対向方向に延出して前記外壁と前記内壁を連結する連結リブが、前記底壁から突出して設けられている請求項1に記載のハーネスプロテクタ。
- ハーネスプロテクタが装着されたワイヤハーネスを、発熱体の近傍にインシュレータ板を隔てて配索する、ワイヤハーネスの配索構造であって、
前記ハーネスプロテクタとして請求項1または請求項2に記載のものを用い、
前記ハーネスプロテクタの前記二重壁部を前記発熱体側に配向して該ハーネスプロテクタを配設すると共に、
前記インシュレータ板の突出先端部よりも前記ハーネスプロテクタの下端部が下方に位置するように配設した
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの配索構造。
