Description

段階1 − 第一の含浸−押出し:以下で述べる硝酸コバルト六水和物は、Alfa Aesar社よりACSグレード98〜102%(コード36418)で入手し、用いたチタニアは、Evonik社からのP25 aeroxideであった。記載した1.6mm三葉状ダイは、JMP industries社製であった。
触媒押出し物を、固定床試験反応器に、積層希釈(stacked dilution)あり又はなしで充填した。床希釈(bed dilutions)は、必要に応じて、触媒上の発熱を制御するために用いた。触媒押出し物は、以下の手順を用いて還元活性化した。
各触媒を充分な時間運転して定常状態の条件とし、温度を、特定のCO変換レベル(典型的には、約60から65%)が得られるように調節した。排出ガスをオンラインGCでサンプリングし、ガス生成物の分析を行った。Heを内標準として用い、C5+生産性は、気相中のC1からC4成分との相違によって特定される。触媒の生産性は、1時間の反応時間あたり、1リットルの充填触媒体積に対する触媒上で形成された5個以上の炭素原子を有する生成物のグラム単位での重量として定義される。

Claims (24)
- 担持コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒を調製するための方法であって、前記方法は、以下の工程:
(a)担持体粉末又は顆粒をコバルト含有化合物で含浸すること;
(b)前記含浸担持体粉末若しくは顆粒を焼成し、押出して押出し物を形成するか;
又は
前記含浸担持体粉末若しくは顆粒を押出して押出し物を形成し、前記押出し物を焼
成すること;
並びに
(c)前記焼成生成物をコバルト含有化合物で含浸するか;
又は
前記焼成生成物の粉末若しくは顆粒を形成し、コバルト含有化合物で含浸し、押出
して押出し物を形成すること
を含む方法。 - 工程(b)の後、及び工程(c)の前に、前記方法が、以下の介在工程:
(i)前記焼成生成物をコバルト含有化合物で含浸するか;
又は
前記焼成生成物の粉末若しくは顆粒を形成し、コバルト含有化合物で含浸し、押出
して押出し物を形成すること;
及び
(ii)前記生成物を焼成すること
の少なくとも1サイクルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、前記焼成生成物の粉末又は顆粒を形成し、コバルト含有化合物で含浸し、押出して押出し物を形成する少なくとも1つの工程を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載
の方法。 - 担持コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒を調製するための方法であって、前記方法は、以下の工程:

を含む方法。 - 工程(b)の後、及び工程(c)の前に、前記方法が、以下の介在工程:
(i)前記焼成生成物をコバルト含有化合物で含浸するか;
又は
前記焼成生成物の粉末若しくは顆粒を形成し、コバルト含有化合物で含浸し、押出
して押出し物を形成すること;
及び
(ii)前記生成物を焼成すること
の少なくとも1サイクルをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 担持体粉末又は顆粒をコバルト含有化合物で含浸するいずれか1つ以上の工程に続いて、押出して押出し物を形成する前に焼成する介在工程が行われる、請求項1から5のいず
れか一項に記載の方法。 - 担持コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒を調製するための方法であって、前記方法は、以下の工程:
(a)担持体粉末又は顆粒をコバルト含有化合物で含浸すること;
(b)前記含浸担持体粉末又は顆粒を焼成すること;
並びに
(c)前記焼成生成物をコバルト含有化合物で含浸して、含浸担持体粉末又は顆粒を形成
し、押出して押出し物を形成すること
を含む方法。 - 工程(b)の後、及び工程(c)の前に、前記方法が、以下の介在工程:
(i)前記焼成生成物をコバルト含有化合物で含浸すること;
及び
(ii)前記生成物を焼成すること
の少なくとも1サイクルをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記方法が、工程(c)で得られた前記含浸担持体物質又は押出し物を焼成することをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)の後に、前記方法が、以下の追加工程:
(i)前記生成物を焼成すること;
及び
(ii)前記焼成生成物をコバルト含有化合物で含浸し、所望に応じて焼成すること
をさらに含む、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記方法の過程で行われる各含浸工程が、元素ベースで合計して10重量%のコバルトを追加し、前記担持コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒の総重量に基づき合計して40重量%の前記担持コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒に充填する最大のコバルトを追加する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記粉末状又は顆粒状担持体物質が、いずれの押出しの前にも、前記コバルト含有化合物と共に混練される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粉末又は顆粒を形成するいずれの工程も、破砕及び/又は粉砕及び/又は磨砕を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粉末又は顆粒を形成するいずれの工程の過程で形成された前記粉末又は顆粒も、50μm未満のメジアン粒子サイズ径(d50)を有する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に
記載の方法。 - 粉末又は顆粒を形成するいずれの工程の過程で形成された前記粉末又は顆粒も、25μm未満のメジアン粒子サイズ径(d50)を有する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)における前記担持体物質が、シリカ、アルミナ、シリカ/アルミナ、セリア、ガリア、ジルコニア、チタニア、マグネシア、酸化亜鉛、及びこれらの混合物のいずれ
かから選択される物質を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 工程(a)における前記担持体物質が、チタニア及び/又は酸化亜鉛から選択される物質を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 得られた前記コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒が、1つ以上の促進剤、分散助剤、強度助剤、及び/又はバインダーを含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の促進剤、分散助剤、及び/又はバインダーが、1つ以上の含浸工程の過程で導入される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の促進剤が、ルテニウム、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム、レニウム、マンガン、クロム、ニッケル、鉄、モリブデン、タングステン、ジルコニウム、ガリウム、ト
リウム、ランタン、セリウム、及びこれらの混合物から成る群より選択される、請求項18又は請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記コバルト含有化合物が、コバルトの硝酸塩、酢酸塩、又はアセチルアセトネートである、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記コバルト含有化合物が、硝酸コバルト六水和物である、請求項1から20のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 得られた前記コバルト含有フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒を還元して、還元フィッシャー−トロプシュ合成触媒を形成することをさらに含む、請求項1から23のいずれか
一項に記載の方法。
