Claims (3)
- 平織構造の帆布で構成された少なくとも1層の心体層と、この心体層を挟んで上下にそれぞれ位置する上カバーゴムおよび下カバーゴムとを備えて、前記下カバーゴム側が下方に突出してトラフ状に保持された状態で前記上カバーゴムに載置されている搬送物が搬送されるコンベヤベルトにおいて、
すべての前記心体層のベルト幅方向強力がベルト長手方向強力の30%以上70%以下であることを特徴とするコンベヤベルト。 - 平織構造の帆布で構成された少なくとも1層の心体層と、この心体層を挟んで上下にそれぞれ位置する上カバーゴムおよび下カバーゴムとを備えて、前記下カバーゴム側が下方に突出してトラフ状に保持された状態で前記上カバーゴムに載置されている搬送物が搬送されるコンベヤベルトにおいて、
前記心体層のうち、少なくとも1層の心体層のベルト幅方向強力がベルト長手方向強力の30%以上70%以下であり、ベルト幅方向強力がベルト長手方向強力の30%以上70%以下である前記心体層が、ベルト幅方向で中央部のみに位置していることを特徴とするコンベヤベルト。 - 前記心体層のうち、少なくとも最外周側および最内周側の心体層のベルト幅方向強力がベルト長手方向強力の30%以上70%以下である請求項2に記載のコンベヤベルト。
