Description
The present invention relates to a traveling rail for a sorting conveyor that allows a plurality of transport carriages connected in an endless manner to travel along a transport route.
A large number of transport trolleys having a conveyor (cross sorter conveyor) on which the transferred articles (conveyed objects) are placed and the articles placed at predetermined positions are transferred in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction are connected in an endless manner, and these are transported. A sorting conveyor that runs a trolley along a loop-shaped transport route such as a truck using an appropriate drive device is generally known. In such a sorting conveyor, while a pair of left and right traveling rails are installed on a transport route, wheels that roll on each transport carriage with the upper surface of the pair of left and right traveling rails as a traveling surface, and side surfaces of each traveling rail. There are two types of guide wheels, one in which the guide wheels that slide in contact with the rails and rotate are arranged on both sides of the rear end side of the transport carriage in the transport direction of the transport route, and the other in which the guide wheels are arranged on both ends on the center side in the travel direction.
In the transport carriage in which the wheels and the guide wheels of
By the way, in recent years, there has been an increasing demand for increasing the speed of transporting articles by a sorting conveyor and at the same time stably transporting articles by a sorting conveyor. For example, when each transport carriage of a sorting conveyor is driven, when the transport carriage approaches a curve from a straight line of a transport route, centrifugal force is applied to the transport carriage. It is well known that this centrifugal force increases in proportion to the square of the traveling speed of the transport carriage. At the same time, centrifugal force is applied not only to the transport trolley but also to the articles placed on the transport trolley. It should be noted that the article has a frictional force with the conveyor on which it is placed. When the transport speed of the articles by the sorting conveyor is increased, the magnitude of the centrifugal force applied to the articles becomes larger than the frictional force, and the articles may move to the outside of the transport route and fall off from the transport carriage.
Generally, in a train with vehicles connected, in order to prevent derailment due to the vehicle moving outside the track due to the centrifugal force applied when the vehicle moves on the curve of the transport route, the bank on the track of the curve, that is, on the outside Raise the track of the located rail above the track of the rail located inside at the horizontal level, and incline the line connecting the track of the rail located inside and the track of the rail located outside in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction. As a result, the centrifugal force is moved toward the center of gravity of the vehicle, and a part of the gravity exerted on the wheels from the vehicle and a part of the centrifugal force are combined, and this resultant force is applied to the rail located on the outside and the rail located on the inside. I try to hang it between.
As described above, as the traveling rail used for the sorting conveyor, a channel-type traveling rail or a square pipe-shaped traveling rail is used. When a bank is set on the curve of the transport route of the sorting conveyor in order to increase the transport speed of goods by the sorting conveyor, the traveling rail is processed by twisting according to the inclination angle of the bank or the radius of the track on the curve. However, it is difficult to perform such processing on a channel-type traveling rail or a traveling rail having each pipe shape, and there is a problem that the manufacturing of the traveling rail is costly. In addition, when a bank is provided on the curve of the transport route, when each transport carriage enters the curve, the contact between the wheel and the traveling rail due to the twist generated between the adjacent transport carriages and the guide wheel Abnormal noise is generated due to contact with the traveling rail.
The details of this are as follows. In a traveling rail used for a non-high-speed sorting conveyor in which both the straight portion and the curved portion of the two traveling rails are installed on a horizontal plane, the wheels and the guide wheels are in the traveling direction of each transport carriage as in
Further, the contact between the wheel and the traveling rail due to the twist generated between the adjacent transport carriages when entering the curve of the transport route and the contact between the guide wheel and the traveling rail are caused by the transport carriage. Since the resistance force generated during traveling is increased, it is necessary to increase the thrust generated in the drive device for traveling each transport carriage of the sorting conveyor.
An object of the present invention is to provide a rail for a sorting conveyor capable of increasing the transport speed of a transported object and at the same time stably transporting an article by a sorting conveyor.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the sorting conveyor rail of the present invention includes a link extending in one direction, a cross sorter conveyor having a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the link as a conveying direction, and the link. A plurality of transport trolleys having first and second traveling wheels arranged at both ends of the cross sorter conveyor at the rear end in the transport direction are transported by a sorting conveyor connected to each other at the front and rear ends of the link. A first rail and a second rail which are installed on a loop-shaped transport route and to which the first traveling wheel and the second traveling wheel are slidably contacted when a plurality of the transport trolleys travel on the transport route. A rail for a sorting conveyor having rails, the first rail and the second rail being composed of a round pipe-shaped member, and the first rail and the second rail having the transport route. The first rail and the first rail are installed on the transport route with a height difference so that the posture of the transport carriage in the transport direction is a posture that inclines downward toward the centripetal point side of the curve. The second rail has an inclination angle caused by the height difference in the curve, at least within a predetermined range from the start position of the curve, and the link of the leading transport trolley among the two adjacent transport trolleys. It is characterized in that it is installed with a rail interval in consideration of the angle formed by the extension direction of the link and the extension direction of the link of the transport carriage on the tail side.
Further, the rail distance between the first rail and the second rail in the straight line of the transport route is L 0 , the inclination angle at the start position of the curve is θ 1 , and two adjacent transport carts are used. Of these, when the angle formed by the extension direction of the link of the transport carriage on the front side and the extension direction of the link of the transport carriage on the tail side is θ 2 , the first rail and the second rail The rail distance L 2 between the first rail and the second rail in a predetermined range from the start position of the curve satisfies L 2 = L 0 × cos θ 1 × cos θ 2. , It is characterized in that it is installed in the transport route.
Further, when the rail distance between the first rail and the second rail in the straight line of the transport route is L 0 and the inclination angle at the end position of the curve is θ 3 , the first rail The rail and the second rail are described so that the rail distance L 3 between the first rail and the second rail at the end position of the curve satisfies L 3 = L 0 × cos θ 3. It is characterized by being installed on a transport route.
Further, the inclination angle caused by the height difference is set on the condition that the transported object placed on the transport carriage does not shift due to centrifugal force when the transport carriage travels on the curve, and the curve The second condition is that the transported object does not shift when the transport carriage is stopped in an inclined state.
F1=(M×V2)/(R×g) ・・・(1)
T1=μ×M ・・・(2)
T2=M×sinθ ・・・(3)
In this case, the weight of the transported object mounted on the transport trolley is M, the transport speed of the transport trolley is V, the radius from the centripetal point on the curve is R, the gravity is g, the friction coefficient is μ, and the inclination angle. Is θ, and the force applied to the center of gravity of the transported object mounted on the transport trolley due to the centrifugal force generated when the transport trolley travels on the curve is F 1 , and the force is placed on the transport trolley. The force applied to the center of gravity of the transported object required when moving the transported object on the transport vehicle is T 1 , and the force applied to the center of gravity of the transported object that works when the transport vehicle tilts in the curve is T 2 . Sometimes, the force F 1 , the force T 1 and the force T 2 are expressed by the following equations (1), (2) and (3).
F 1 = (M × V 2 ) / (R × g) ・ ・ ・ (1)
T 1 = μ × M ・ ・ ・ (2)
T 2 = M × sin θ
It is preferable that the first condition is F 1 <T 1 + T 2 .
T1=μ×M ・・・(4)
T2=M×sinθ ・・・(5)
Further, the weight of the transported object mounted on the transport trolley is M, the friction coefficient is μ, the inclination angle is θ, and the transported object mounted on the transport trolley is moved on the transport trolley. When the force applied to the center of gravity of the transported object, which is sometimes required, is T 1 , and the force applied to the center of gravity of the transported object, which works when the transport carriage tilts in the curve, is T 2 , the force T 1 and the force T 2 are It is expressed by the following equations (4) and (5).
T 1 = μ × M ・ ・ ・ (4)
T 2 = M × sin θ
It is preferable that the second condition is T 2 <T 1 − T 2 .
Further, among the plurality of the transport carriages connected in a loop, the two adjacent transport carriages are any of the two adjacent transport carriages with the direction orthogonal to the transport surface in the cross sorter conveyor as the rotation center. Of the two adjacent transport carriages, which are connected via a connecting mechanism capable of rotating one of them, the transport carriage on the leading side has the extension direction of the link and the transport carriage on the tail side has. The angle formed by the extension direction of the link is set based on the distance between the rotation centers of the connecting mechanism and the radius of the curve when the plurality of transport carriages are connected by the connecting mechanism. It is a feature.
According to the present invention, by making the first and second rails installed on the transport route into round pipe-shaped members, respectively, a height difference is provided on the first and second rails such as banks in the curve of the transport route. Even so, the traveling wheel, the guide wheel, and the like constituting the guide wheel unit are all contactable surfaces on the outer peripheral surface of the traveling rail, and are surely contacted even if they rotate and move around the central axis of the traveling rail. As a result, it is possible to reduce the generation of abnormal noise due to contact with the traveling rail and the vibration of the transport carriage during transport of each transport carriage.
Further, by making the first and second rails each a round pipe-shaped member, even if a bank (inclination) is provided on the curve of the transport route, the entire outer peripheral surface of the traveling rail is the traveling wheel or guide. It can be used as the contact surface of the wheel, and the rail contact surface can be easily processed into a rail shape that matches the transport route without further processing. Further, in the case of the first and second rails made of round pipe-shaped members, the contact area with the traveling wheel provided on the transport carriage is reduced, and the traveling of each transport carriage is caused by the reduction in the contact area. The running resistance at the time is reduced. As a result, it is possible to suppress the driving torque when driving the sorting conveyor, in other words, to suppress the output of the driving device that drives the sorting conveyor.
Further, the traveling wheel and the guide wheel are arranged on both sides of each transport carriage on the rear end side in the traveling direction, and the connecting portion on the leading end side in the traveling direction of each transport carriage and the wheels on both sides on the rear end side in the traveling direction 3 A transport carriage that can support points and simply respond to a three-dimensional tilt can realize smooth operation by optimizing the distance between the two traveling rails in the direction of the centripetal point of the curve.
In addition, by considering the posture and inclination angle of a plurality of transport trolleys connected in a loop, the shape of the outer rail with respect to the curve of the transport route is made so that even if the plurality of transport trolleys are moved at high speed, each transport trolley It is possible to stably convey the transported object mounted on the belt conveyor unit of the above without dropping it from the transport carriage.

The

Next, a pair of traveling rails installed on the transport route will be described. As described above, the pair of traveling

The inclination angle will be described later.

These

For example the
L1=L0×cosθ1・・・(6)

For example, in the process of traveling on the curve of the transport route, the relative relationship between the two

As described above, in the traveling rail of the present embodiment, the
Further, by configuring each pair of traveling rails with members made of a round pipe-shaped metal material, even if a bank (inclination) is provided on the curve of the transport route, the rail shape is processed according to the transport route. It becomes possible to do. Further, by providing the traveling rail from a round pipe-shaped metal material, the contact area between each wheel of the guide wheel unit and the traveling rail is reduced, and due to the reduction in the contact area, when each transport carriage is traveling. The running resistance of the wheel is reduced. As a result, it is possible to suppress the driving torque when driving the sorting conveyor, in other words, to suppress the output of the driving device that drives the sorting conveyor.
