Description
本発明の態様は、以下のとおりである:
[1]
以下の工程を有する、動力乗り物用の複合ペイン(10)を製造するための方法:
− 第一のペイン(12)及び第二のペイン(14)を提供すること;
− 前記第一のペイン(12)及び前記第二のペイン(14)の間にプラスチックフィルム(16)を配置すること;
− 前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の表面(16a)にLED(18)を配置すること;
− 前記第一のペイン(12)若しくは前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)に置かれた熱源(20)、又は前記第一のペイン(12)若しくは前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)から離れて配置された熱源(20)を用いて、少なくとも前記LED(18)の領域にある前記プラスチックフィルム(16)を局所的に加熱して、流動状態にすること;
− 前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の所定容積(V)の移動を伴って、前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入すること;
− 前記LED(18)を前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に導入した後で、前記第一のペイン(12)及び前記第二のペイン(14)を、挿入された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)とともに、積層すること。

前記熱源(20)が、放射熱及び/又は対流熱の放出により、少なくとも前記LED(18)の領域にある前記プラスチックフィルム(16)を加熱する、上記[1]に記載の方法。
[3]
前記熱源(20)が、前記第一のペイン(12)又は前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)に接着された加熱ホイルとして実施される、上記[1]又は[2]に記載の方法。
[4]
前記加熱ホイルは、前記第一のペイン(12)又は前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)の一部だけに接着される、上記[3]に記載の方法。
[5]
前記プラスチックフィルム(16)は、50〜150℃の、好ましくは、80〜150℃の温度に加熱され、ここで、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)は、50℃を下回る温度に冷却された後でその形状を保持する、上記[1]〜[4]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[6]
前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に実質的に垂直な方向に力(F)を加えながら、前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入する、上記[1]〜[5]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[7]
前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入する際に、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の前記所定容積(V)が、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の実質的に長手方向に移動させられる、上記[1]〜[6]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入する際に、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の厚さの方向で、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の容積(V)の最大で95%までが、前記LED(18)によって移動させられる、上記[1]〜[6]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。

Claims (8)
- 以下の工程を有する、動力乗り物用の複合ペイン(10)を製造するための方法:
− 第一のペイン(12)及び第二のペイン(14)を提供すること;
− 前記第一のペイン(12)及び前記第二のペイン(14)の間にプラスチックフィルム(16)を配置すること;
− 前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の表面(16a)にLED(18)を配置すること;
− 前記第一のペイン(12)若しくは前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)に置かれた熱源(20)、又は前記第一のペイン(12)若しくは前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)から離れて配置された熱源(20)を用いて、少なくとも前記LED(18)の領域にある前記プラスチックフィルム(16)を局所的に加熱して、流動状態にすること;
− 前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の所定容積(V)の移動を伴って、前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入すること;
− 前記LED(18)を前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に導入した後で、前記第一のペイン(12)及び前記第二のペイン(14)を、挿入された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)とともに、積層すること。 - 前記熱源(20)が、放射熱及び/又は対流熱の放出により、少なくとも前記LED(18)の領域にある前記プラスチックフィルム(16)を加熱する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱源(20)が、前記第一のペイン(12)又は前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)に接着された加熱ホイルとして実施される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱ホイルは、前記第一のペイン(12)又は前記第二のペイン(14)の外面(12a、14a)の一部だけに接着される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックフィルム(16)は、50〜150℃の、好ましくは、80〜150℃の温度に加熱され、ここで、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)は、50℃を下回る温度に冷却された後でその形状を保持する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に実質的に垂直な方向に力(F)を加えながら、前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入する際に、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の前記所定容積(V)が、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の実質的に長手方向に移動させられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記流動状態に加熱された前記プラスチックフィルム(16)に、前記LED(18)を導入する際に、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の厚さの方向で、前記プラスチックフィルム(16)の容積(V)の最大で95%までが、前記LED(18)によって移動させられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
