Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1つの第1電力変換ユニットが積載された第1ステージと、
少なくとも1つの第2電力変換ユニットが積載され、前記第1ステージに積み重ねられた第2ステージと、
前記第1ステージの外周を囲むように配置された第1電界緩和シールド部と、
前記第2ステージの外周を囲むように配置された第2電界緩和シールド部と、
外周面が絶縁体で形成された複数のステージ支柱とを備え、
前記複数のステージ支柱の各々は、前記第1ステージと前記第2ステージとを接続し、
前記第1ステージに積載されている全ての前記第1電力変換ユニットは、前記複数のステージ支柱の少なくとも一部を辺として含む柱状の領域の内部に配置され、
前記複数のステージ支柱の延在方向における前記第1電界緩和シールド部の厚さは、前記延在方向における前記少なくとも1つの第1電力変換ユニットの各々の厚さよりも小さい、電力変換装置。 - 外周面が前記絶縁体で形成された複数のベース支柱と、
前記複数のベース支柱によって前記第1ステージと接続されたベースとをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記第1および第2電界緩和シールド部の各々は、複数の電界緩和シールドを含む、請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記延在方向における前記第2電界緩和シールド部の厚さは、前記延在方向における前記少なくとも1つの第2電力変換ユニットの各々の厚さよりも小さい、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記延在方向に直交する方向から平面視したとき、前記第1電界緩和シールド部は、前記第1ステージと前記第2ステージとの間に配置された部分を有さない、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
