Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルから構成されたバッテリーセル積層体の少なくとも一側に隣接して位置し、内部に冷媒が流れる流路の形成された中空構造のヒートシンクと、
一面または両面が前記バッテリーセルに接するように前記バッテリーセルの間に介される吸熱部、及び前記吸熱部から延びて前記流路内に露出する放熱部を備え、前記バッテリーセルとの熱交換を行う冷却プレートと、を含み、
前記放熱部は、前記流路内において、
前記流路に並んで配置される複数の折曲面であって、前記冷却プレートの端部が前記流路に沿って曲げられて設けられる第1折曲面と、前記第1折曲面の下部において、前記第1折曲面に隣接する前記第1折曲面の下部で前記冷却プレートが部分的に切り開かれ、前記切り開かれた部分が前記第1折曲面に沿って折り曲げられて設けられる第2折曲面と、を含む複数の折曲面と、冷媒流に対向して開口するとともに冷媒を通過させる少なくとも一つの通孔であって、前記切り開かれた部分が曲げられることで形成する空間により前記第1折曲面と前記第2折曲面との間で定義される少なくとも一つの通孔を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーセル冷却装置。 - 前記第1折曲面と前記第2折曲面とが、前記通孔を挟んで所定間隔に離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル冷却装置。
- 前記第2折曲面は、複数個の単位第2折曲面を含み、
前記単位第2折曲面は、前記冷却プレートの幅方向に沿って所定間隔ごとに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル冷却装置。 - 複数のバッテリーセルから構成されたバッテリーセル積層体の少なくとも一側に隣接して位置し、内部に冷媒が流れる流路の形成された中空構造のヒートシンクと、
一面または両面が前記バッテリーセルに接するように前記バッテリーセルの間に介される吸熱部、及び前記吸熱部から延びて前記流路内に露出する放熱部を備え、前記バッテリーセルとの熱交換を行う冷却プレートと、を含み、
前記放熱部は、前記流路内において、
前記流路に並んで配置される複数の折曲面であって、前記冷却プレートの端部が一方向に曲げられて設けられる第1折曲面と、前記第1折曲面に隣接する前記第1折曲面の下部で前記冷却プレートが部分的に切り開かれ、前記切り開かれた部分が前記第1折曲面と反対方向へ曲げられ、前記第1折曲面に並んで前記第1折曲面と同一平面上に設けられる第2折曲面と、を含む折曲面と、冷媒流に対向して開口するとともに冷媒を通過させる少なくとも一つの通孔を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーセル冷却装置。 - 前記第2折曲面が、複数個の単位第2折曲面を含み、
前記単位第2折曲面が、前記冷却プレートの幅方向に沿って所定間隔ごとに形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーセル冷却装置。 - 前記冷却プレートが、熱伝導性金属板材であることを特徴とする請求項1または4に記載のバッテリーセル冷却装置。
- 前記冷媒が、気体または液体であることを特徴とする請求項1または4に記載のバッテリーセル冷却装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーセル冷却装置を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
