Claims (11)
- 医薬物質が配置される内部(22、228、229)を備えた縦長本体(2、28、29)、前記本体(2、28、29)の長手方向の一端部に接続された針、及び前記針を包み込む硬質針シールド(3、38、39)を有し、前記硬質針シールド(3、38、39)が防水蒸気性であり、前記医薬物質は、50mg/mlから250mg/mlの範囲の濃度でタンパク質を含むバイオ医薬物質であることを特徴とするシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記針の近傍に位置する前記硬質針シールド(3、38、39)の針隣接部(31、318、319)は前記針に対して低亜鉛浸出性を有する、請求項1に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記硬質針シールド(3、38、39)は防水蒸気性被覆(338、339、349)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記防水蒸気性被覆(338、339、349)はワックスを含む、請求項3に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記防水蒸気性被覆(338、339、349)は、液体で満たされた防水蒸気性のパウチ(339)を含む、請求項3又は4に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記針隣接部(31、318、319)は、防水蒸気性材料で作られる、請求項2又は3に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記防水蒸気性材料は、エチレンプロピレンジエンメチレンをベースにした熱可塑性エラストマーである、請求項6に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記本体(2、28、29)の前記内部(22、228、229)は、前記針の反対側でプランジャー(4、48、49)によって密封されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 前記針は前記本体(2、28、29)と一体化されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシリンジ(1、18、19)。
- 内部(22、228、229)を備えた縦長本体(2、28、29)と前記本体(2、28、29)の長手方向の一端部に接続された針を有するシリンジ(1、18、19)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、以下の、
(a)前記シリンジ(1、18、19)の前記本体(2、28、29)の前記内部(22、228、229)に、50mg/mlから250mg/mlの範囲の濃度でタンパク質を含むバイオ医薬物質である医薬物質を充填するステップと、その後、
(b)前記針と反対の、前記本体(2、28、29)の長手方向端部の開口部を通ってプランジャー(4、48、49)を押圧することによって、前記シリンジ(1、18、19)の前記本体(2、28、29)の前記内部(22、228、229)を密封するステップと、それから、
(c)前記針を防水蒸気性硬質針シールド(3、38、39)で包み込むステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップ(c)では、前記針に針キャップ(32、328、329)が被せられ、その後、前記針キャップ(32、328、329)が防水蒸気性被覆(338、339、349)で覆われる、請求項10に記載の方法。
