Claims (13)

前記第1光源光の少なくとも一部を吸収し、かつ、第2赤色放射ピーク波長(λm2)を有する第2赤色発光材料光へと変換する、ように構成された第2赤色発光材料であり、第2最大励起波長(λx2)を有する、第2赤色発光材料、
を含み、
前記第1赤色発光材料と前記第2赤色発光材料は、Eu2+ベースのものであり、
前記第1赤色放射ピーク波長(λm1)は、前記第2赤色放射ピーク波長(λm2)より小さく、
前記第1最大励起波長(λx1)は、前記ピーク波長(λls)より小さく、かつ、
前記第2最大励起波長(λx2)は、前記ピーク波長(λls)より大きく、
前記第1赤色発光材料は、M2Si5N8:Euクラスの発光材料を含むセラミック材料を含み、
前記第2赤色発光材料は、光透過マトリクスの中に分散されているMLiAl3N4:Euクラスの発光材料を含み、
前記第2赤色発光材料は、前記第1光源の下流に構成されており、
前記第1赤色発光材料は、前記第2赤色発光材料の上流または下流に構成されており、

前記第1光源光の少なくとも一部を吸収し、かつ、第2赤色放射ピーク波長(λm2)を有する第2赤色発光材料光へと変換することができき、第2最大励起波長(λx1)を有する、第2赤色発光材料、
を含み、
前記第1赤色発光材料と前記第2赤色発光材料は、Eu2+ベースのものであり、
前記第1赤色放射ピーク波長(λm1)は、前記第2赤色放射ピーク波長(λm2)より小さく、
前記第1最大励起波長(λx1)は、ピーク波長(λls)より小さく、かつ、
前記第2最大励起波長(λx2)は、ピーク波長(λls)より大きく、
前記第1赤色発光材料は、M2Si5N8:Euクラスの発光材料を含むセラミック材料を含み、
前記第2赤色発光材料は、光透過マトリクスの中に分散されているMLiAl3N4:Euクラスの発光材料を含み、
前記第2赤色発光材料は、第1光源の下流に構成されており、
前記第1赤色発光材料は、前記第2赤色発光材料の上流または下流に構成されており、
Mは、独立して、Ca、Mg、Sr、およびBaからなるグループから選択される、
