Claims (16)
- 物質内にまたは前記物質を通して薬剤を導く装置の作動方法であって、前記装置が複数の磁石を有する磁気構成を備え、前記作動方法が、
前記複数の磁石を有する磁気構成を位置決めする工程であって、前記複数の磁石のうちの第1の磁石が第1のS極からN極への磁化の向きを有するとともに第1の磁場を生成し、前記複数の磁石のうちの第2の磁石が第2のS極からN極への磁化の向きを有するとともに第2の磁場を生成し、前記第1の磁石の第1のS極からN極への磁化の向きは、前記第2のS極からN極への磁化の向きと反対方向に配置され、前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石は、最小の凸状集合を画定し、押し出しノードが、前記凸状集合の外側にあり、前記第1の磁場及び前記第2の磁場は、前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石からの混合場及び押し出し力を生成し、前記第2の磁石は、前記第1の磁石よりも更に広い空間に磁場を生成する、位置決めする工程

- 前記第1の磁場及び前記第2の磁場は、前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石から直交する方向に前記押し出し力を生成する、請求項1に記載の作動方法。
- 磁気性または磁化可能な薬剤を導くための装置であって、複数の磁石を有する磁気構成を備え、前記複数の磁石のうちの第1の磁石が第1のS極からN極への磁化の向きを有するとともに第1の磁場を生成し、前記複数の磁石のうちの第2の磁石が第2のS極からN極への磁化の向きを有するとともに第2の磁場を生成し、前記第1の磁石の第1のS極からN極への磁化の向きは、前記第2の磁石の前記第2のS極からN極への磁化の向きと反対方向に配置され、前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石は、最小の凸状集合を画定し、押し出しノードが、前記凸状集合の外側にあり、前記第1の磁場及び前記第2の磁場は、前記第1の磁石及び前記第2の磁石からの混合場及び押し出し力を生成し、前記第2の磁石は、前記第1の磁石よりも更に広い空間に磁場を生成する、装置。
- 前記混合場は、磁性、超常磁性、フェリ磁性、強磁性、または常磁性薬剤を反発する、請求項10に記載の装置。

- 前記第1の磁石または前記第2の磁石は電磁性である、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 第1の磁場を生成する磁石と、前記第1の磁場と相互作用して第2の磁場を生成する磁化可能な材料とを有する磁気構成を備える装置であって、前記第1の磁場及び前記第2の磁場は、混合場及び押し出し力を生成し、前記磁石は、前記磁化可能な材料よりも更に広い空間に磁場を生成するする、装置。
- 押し出しノードが凸状集合の外側にある、請求項15に記載の装置。
