Claims (1)
- 溶媒を少なくとも活物質および結着材と混合することにより形成された湿潤造粒物を,ロール対の間隙に通すことでシート状に成形しつつ集電箔上に付着させることで集電箔上に電極合剤層を形成する湿潤粉体成膜方法において,
前記湿潤造粒物を,
前記活物質および前記結着材を,前記溶媒と攪拌により混合してこれらの混合物を得る第1の攪拌工程と,
前記混合物を,前記溶媒および界面活性剤と攪拌により混合する第2の攪拌工程とにより形成するとともに,
前記湿潤造粒物における前記溶媒と前記界面活性剤との重量比率を,前記溶媒と前記界面活性剤とを混合した混合液に対する前記活物質の接触角が,10°以上,80°以下の範囲内となる比率とし,
前記湿潤造粒物の全体の重量に占める固形分の重量の割合を,63%以上,92%以下の範囲内として形成することを特徴とする湿潤粉体成膜方法。
