Description

The present invention relates to a yarn path wear tester and a yarn path wear test method for a wear test of a steel sheet with fibers such as threads.

Wear is classified into various forms depending on its generation mechanism. The wear caused by contact or sliding between the two members includes abrasive wear, adhesive wear and fatigue wear. Which type of wear occurs depends on the form of the actual machine and the operating conditions.

For example, in textile machine parts such as a knitting machine and a weaving machine, fibers such as threads slide, and therefore abrasive wear occurs due to sliding with impurities such as Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 contained in the fibers. Further, in recent years, many highly functional chemical fibers having a matte effect due to TiO 2 and a deodorant effect due to Ag have been developed, and wear due to fine particles contained in these chemical fibers has become remarkable.

Therefore, not only general wear resistance but also yarn wear resistance against sliding of fibers is required for materials forming the parts for textile machines.

As a method for evaluating such yarn abrasion resistance, there are, for example, the method shown in Examples of Patent Document 1 and the method shown in Examples of Patent Document 2.

In Patent Documents 1 and 2, a predetermined thread is pressed against many test pieces, and the test piece is reciprocally moved in a state in which a predetermined tension is applied to the thread, thereby sliding the thread and the test piece, The amount of wear of the test piece is measured.

特開平11−286852号公報JP, 11-286852, A 特開2003−105504号公報JP, 2003-105504, A

In the methods of Patent Documents 1 and 2 described above, it is described that a thread having a constant tension is passed over the surface of the test material for a certain period of time to form wear, but a specific method and a configuration of a testing machine are described. Unknown. Further, since each fiber is brought into contact with the test material, it is necessary to prepare many test materials, and since the yarn and the sample are slid back and forth, the abrasion test progresses. At present, the yarn may be damaged or cut, and a stable abrasion test cannot be performed.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a yarn path wear tester and a yarn path wear test method that can stably perform an abrasion test with a yarn.

A yarn path wear test method described in claim 4 is a yarn path wear test method using the yarn path wear tester according to any one of claims 1 to 3 , wherein the yarn from the yarn supply means is wound. moved wound in reels and holds a sample in contact with a predetermined load at a location between the support member of the tension adjusting means against the yarns this movement, wear a sample slide with a sample and yarn It is what makes me.

Hereinafter, the configuration of one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a yarn path abrasion tester, and this yarn path abrasion tester 1 abrades the test piece 2 by sliding the test piece 2 as a sample while the thread 3 is in contact therewith. It is a test.

The yarn path abrasion tester 1 directs the yarn 3 from the yarn supplying means 4 to the winding portion 5 in which the yarn 3 of an arbitrary material that is drawn and supplied from the yarn supplying means 4 is wound. And a guide section 6 for guiding the user.

The thread supply means 4 has the thread 3 wound around the outer peripheral surface thereof, and the tip side of the wound thread 3 can be pulled out.

In the winding unit 5, a winding reel 12 and a winding drum 13 are rotatably installed on an upper portion of a base 11 installed on the floor.

The take-up reel 12 has a reel body 14 which is made of a synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride and has one side in the axial direction that is thin and has a so-called cone shape, and the shaft portion 15 is fixed in the reel body 14. The shaft portion 15 is rotatably supported on the distal end side of the first arm portion 21 attached to the base body 11 such that the distal end portion 23 side is rotatable around the base end portion 22. Then, the reel unit 14 becomes rotatable around the shaft portion 15.

The take-up reel 12 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the reel body 14 by rotating the take-up reel 12 with the tip of the thread 3 pulled out from the yarn supplying means 4 fixed to the reel body 14.

The winding drum 13 has a drum body 16 formed of a synthetic resin in a cylindrical shape, and a shaft portion 17 is fixed in the drum body 16. The shaft portion 17 is rotatably supported on the upper portion of the base body 11, so that the drum body 16 can rotate around the shaft portion 17.

The winding drum 13 is installed such that the axial direction of the drum body 16 is slightly displaced from the axial direction of the reel body 14, and the outer peripheral surface of the drum body 16 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the reel body 14. is set up. Then, when the winding drum 13 is rotated by a driving means such as a motor in the state where the drum body 16 and the reel body 14 are in contact with each other in this way, the reel body 14 in contact with the drum body 16 is also in the opposite direction. Rotate to.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer peripheral surface of the drum body 16 is provided with a guide groove portion 18 which can engage the yarn 3 from the yarn supplying means 4 and guide the yarn 3 to the reel body 14.

The guide groove portion 18 extends obliquely with respect to the circumferential direction of the drum body 16 and intersects with the outer circumferential surface shape.

Then, when the drum body 16 is rotated with the yarn 3 from the yarn supplying means 4 engaged with the guide groove portion 18 and the tip end portion of the yarn 3 being fixed to the reel body 14, the reel body 14 and the drum body 14 are also rotated. While rotating in the opposite direction to 16, the yarn 3 wound around the reel body 14 by the rotation is guided along the inclined guide groove portion 18 and reciprocates along the axial direction of the reel body 14. It is wound one after another.

Here, when the winding amount of the yarn 3 by the take-up reel 12 increases, the take-up reel 12 is lifted in a direction of separating from the take-up drum 13, so that the take-up reel 12 and the take-up drum 13 are separated from each other. The contact state becomes unstable and rattling occurs, and vibration during winding of the yarn 3 increases. Further, when the vibration becomes large, the vibration is transmitted to the yarn 3 and a contact angle between the yarn 3 and the test piece 2, that is, a worn portion is displaced, which may adversely affect the worn state.

Therefore, contact holding means 24 for holding the contact state between the take-up reel 12 and the take-up drum 13 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 3, the contact holding means 24 has a second arm portion 26 connected via a connecting portion 25 to a base end portion 22 of the first arm portion 21 to which the take-up reel 12 is attached. have.

The second arm portion 26 is rotatable around the base end portion 27 connected to the connecting portion 25 on the tip end portion 28 side. A weight 30 having a predetermined mass (for example, 8 kg) is provided on the tip end 28 side of the second arm 26 via a mounting member 29.

Further, the first arm portion 21 and the second arm portion 26 are connected at the connection portion 25 by utilizing the principle of leverage. That is, when a load is applied by the weight 30 such that the tip end 28 side of the second arm portion 26 is pressed down, the take-up provided on the tip end portion 23 side of the first arm portion 21 by the lever principle. A load is applied so that the reel 12 is pushed down toward the winding drum 13 which is the lower side, and the winding reel 12 and the winding drum 13 are pressed in a direction of approaching each other, and the contact state is maintained.

The guide portion 6 is provided with a guide member 32 fixed to an upper portion of a fixed base 31 installed on the floor surface, and support members 33 and 34 detachably attached to an upper portion of the fixed base 31.

Then, the yarn 3 from the yarn supplying means 4 is sequentially engaged with the guide member 32 and the support members 33, 34 and guided toward the winding section 5, and is engaged with the guide member 36 provided on the base 11. And is guided toward the take-up reel 12 and the take-up drum 13. That is, the yarn 3 from the yarn supplying means 4 is turned by the guide member 32 toward the support member 33, turned by the support member 33 toward the support member 34, and turned by the support member 34 by the guide member 36. The guide member 36 changes the direction, and the guide member 36 changes the direction toward the take-up drum 13 and passes the guide groove portion 18 of the take-up drum 13 to wind the take-up reel 12.

A sample holding means 35, to which a load cell (not shown) is connected, is fixed to the fixed base 31, and the test piece 2 is fixed to the sample holding means 35 in a positionally adjustable manner.

The test piece 2 fixed to the sample holding means 35 in this manner is held in a state of being in contact with the thread 3 between the support members 33 and 34 with a predetermined load.

The yarn 3 is wound on the take-up reel 12 while the test piece 2 is in contact with the yarn 3, so that the yarn 3 is moved in one direction from the yarn supplying means 4 toward the take-up reel 12. , The thread 3 and the test piece 2 slide with a predetermined load.

Here, as shown in FIG. 4, by changing the mounting positions of the support members 33 and 34 on the fixed base 31, the yarn in the state where the test piece 2 is in contact between the yarn supplying means 4 and the take-up reel 12 You can adjust the tension of 3. That is, the plurality of openings 37 of the fixed base 31 and the support members 33 and 34 act as tension adjusting means.

Next, a yarn path wear test method using the yarn path wear tester 1 will be described.

First, the yarn 3 is pulled out from the yarn supplying means 4, the yarn 3 is sequentially engaged with the guide member 32, the support members 33, 34, and the guide member 36, and the take-up reel 12 is passed through the guide groove portion 18 of the take-up drum 13. Then, the yarn 3 is wound around the take-up reel 12 from the yarn supplying means 4.

Further, the test piece 2 is fixed to the sample holding means 35, the attachment positions of the support members 33 and 34 are changed as necessary to adjust the tension of the thread 3, and the pressing load of the test piece 2 on the thread 3 is applied. adjust.

Further, the weight 30 is attached to the attachment member 29 of the second arm portion 26, and a load is applied so that the take-up reel 12 is pressed against the take-up drum 13 side.

Then, the rotation speed of the winding drum 13 is set so as to have a predetermined feed speed, and the rotation time of the winding drum 13 is set so as to have a predetermined wear distance.

After that, the winding drum 13 is rotated to slide the thread 3 on the test piece 2, and the test piece 2 is abraded by the friction of the thread 3.

After the abrasion test, the amount of abrasion is measured by the change in weight and the change in volume. For example, the shape of the test piece 2 is transferred to the replica resin, and the worn portion is observed with a laser microscope. Further, by observing with a laser microscope, the depth of wear and the like are measured to calculate the specific wear amount, and the wear resistance of the test piece 2 with the yarn 3 is evaluated.

According to the above-described one embodiment, the tension of the thread 3 that comes into contact with and slides on the test piece 2 can be easily adjusted by adjusting the mounting position of the support members 33, 34 on the fixed base 31, and thus the test piece 2 The frictional state can be appropriately set according to the material and the type of the yarn 3, and defects such as damage and breakage of the yarn 3 during the abrasion test can be prevented.

Further, since the abrasion test is performed in a state in which a load is applied by the weight 30 so as to press the take-up reel 12 toward the take-up drum 13, the winding of the yarn 3 by the take-up reel 12 proceeds and the reel main body 14 moves. Even if the yarn 3 wound around the outer peripheral surface becomes thick, the contact state between the take-up reel 12 and the take-up drum 13 can be maintained. Therefore, the winding state of the yarn 3 by the take-up reel 12 is stable, and the trouble such as the displacement of the yarn 3 due to the progress of winding hardly occurs, and the trouble causes the tension of the yarn 3 and the pressing of the test piece 2 against the yarn 3. It is possible to prevent the load from changing, and it is possible to progress wear under constant test conditions.

Therefore, even when the abrasion test with the yarn 3 is performed for a relatively long period of time, the abrasion test can be stably performed.

Further, even if the test piece is a few mm square and is very small as a wear test piece, the wear test can be performed.

Furthermore, since the yarn feeding speed, the load on the test piece, the yarn tension, and the yarn type can be changed, the acceleration test can be performed by appropriately changing these conditions.

In the above-described embodiment, the tension of the thread 3 is adjusted by changing the mounting positions of the support members 33 and 34 on the fixing base 31 to which the test piece 2 is fixed. The tension adjusting means is not limited to this, and can be appropriately changed as long as the tension of the thread 3 between the yarn supplying means 4, the winding reel 12 and the winding drum 13 can be adjusted.

Further, the contact holding means 24 uses the lever principle to hold the contact state by applying a load so as to press the take-up reel 12 toward the take-up drum 13 side by the weight 30. The configuration is not limited to this, and at least one of the take-up reel 12 and the take-up drum 13 may be pressed so as to maintain the state where the take-up reel 12 and the take-up drum 13 are in contact with each other. ..
