Description
The present invention relates to a volatile organic compound trapping device.
In
However, in the method described in
Such a problem can be solved by collecting the gas in the sampling bag without taking out the sampling bag from the constant temperature bath, but in this case, the inside of the sampling bag is a closed space, and the gas is Since it does not flow, the concentration of gas in the sampling bag may become non-uniform. The concentration of the gas in the sampling bag can be made uniform by pushing the sampling bag several times after taking it out of the thermostatic chamber, but when the sampling bag is taken out of the thermostatic chamber, the temperature of the gas in the sampling bag is Since it changes, there is a possibility that the same problem as the method described in the conventional literature may occur.
Therefore, the present invention provides a volatile organic compound trapping device capable of trapping a gas from the inside of a sampling bag while keeping the temperature of the gas at a predetermined temperature and making the concentration of the gas uniform. To aim.
In order to achieve the above object, in the volatile organic compound trapping device of the first aspect of the present invention, a sampling bag in which a sample and a gas are enclosed is placed in a constant temperature bath, and the sampling bag is placed in the constant temperature bath. A device for collecting volatile organic compounds, which collects volatile organic compounds emitted by a sample when heated at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time as it is, including a constant temperature chamber heating means, a constant temperature chamber internal temperature detection means, and a sampling bag heating Means and control means.
The constant temperature bath heating means heats the inside of the constant temperature bath. The constant temperature bath temperature detecting means detects the temperature in the constant temperature bath. The sampling bag heating means heats the inside of the sampling bag by irradiating the sampling bag with electromagnetic waves. The control means controls the constant temperature bath heating means and the sampling bag heating means so that the temperature in the constant temperature bath detected by the constant temperature bath temperature detection means is maintained at a predetermined temperature.
In the above structure, when the temperature in the constant temperature chamber detected by the constant temperature chamber temperature detecting unit is lower or higher than the predetermined temperature, the control unit controls the constant temperature chamber heating unit so that the temperature in the sampling bag is maintained at the predetermined temperature. And the sampling bag heating means. Therefore, the gas in the sampling bag can be collected while the temperature in the sampling bag is maintained at the predetermined temperature.
Further, since the sampling bag heating means heats the inside of the sampling bag by irradiating electromagnetic waves, a temperature difference occurs in the gas inside the sampling bag, and convection occurs inside the sampling bag. As a result, the gas is circulated and stirred in the sampling bag, and the gas can be collected from the sampling bag in a state where the concentration of the gas is made uniform.
Further, in the volatile organic compound trapping device of the second aspect of the present invention, a sampling bag in which a sample and a gas are enclosed is placed in a thermostatic chamber, and the sampling bag is kept in the thermostatic chamber at a predetermined temperature. A device for collecting volatile organic compounds, which collects volatile organic compounds that are emitted when the sample is heated for a predetermined time at a constant temperature chamber heating means, a constant temperature chamber temperature detection means, a sampling bag heating means, and a sampling bag The temperature detection means and the control means are provided.
The sampling bag temperature detecting means detects the temperature in the sampling bag. The control means controls the constant temperature bath heating means so that the temperature in the constant temperature bath detected by the constant temperature bath temperature detection means is maintained at a predetermined temperature, and the temperature in the sampling bag detected by the sampling bag internal temperature detection means. The sampling bag heating means is controlled so that the temperature is maintained at a predetermined temperature.
In the above structure, when the temperature inside the sampling bag detected by the temperature detecting means inside the sampling bag is lower or higher than the predetermined temperature, the control means controls the sampling bag heating means so that the temperature inside the sampling bag is maintained at the predetermined temperature. To control. Therefore, the gas in the sampling bag can be collected while the temperature in the sampling bag is maintained at the predetermined temperature.
Further, since the control means controls the sampling bag heating means so that the temperature in the sampling bag detected by the temperature detection means in the sampling bag is maintained at a predetermined temperature, for example, without detecting the temperature in the sampling bag. Compared with the case where the temperature in the thermostatic bath is regarded as the temperature in the sampling bag and the temperature in the thermostatic bath is controlled to a predetermined temperature, the temperature in the sampling bag is maintained accurately at the predetermined temperature. The gas of can be collected. Therefore, although the temperature in the constant temperature bath is maintained at the predetermined temperature, even if the temperature in the sampling bag fluctuates from the predetermined temperature, the temperature in the sampling bag is immediately returned to the predetermined temperature and A gas can be collected.
Further, since the control means independently controls the constant temperature bath heating means and the sampling bag heating means, the control means for the constant temperature bath controlling the constant temperature bath heating means and the sampling bag for controlling the sampling bag heating means are controlled. The control means can be provided separately. Thereby, for example, the sampling bag heating means and the control means for the sampling bag can be retrofitted to the existing constant temperature tank having the constant temperature tank heating means and the control means for the constant temperature tank, and the existing constant temperature tank can be simplified. Can be utilized.
According to the present invention, the gas can be collected from the inside of the sampling bag while the temperature of the gas is maintained at a predetermined temperature and the concentration of the gas is made uniform.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the volatile organic

The
The constant temperature oven
The constant-
The
The
The
The
The
When collecting the volatile organic compounds, the operator stores the
Next, the heater control processing executed by the
When this process is started, the
In the volatile organic

Next, the volatile organic
As shown in FIG. 4, the in-bag

Next, the heater control processing executed by the constant
When this process is started, first, the constant
In the above structure, when the temperature inside the
