Claims (11)
- 内部空間を形成する下部ケース及び前記下部ケースの上部を覆う上部ケースを含み、外観を形成するパックケース、
前記パックケースの前記内部空間の中に収容される、多数の二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリ、
前記パックケースの前記内部空間の中に収容されると共に前記セルアセンブリの上部及び下部に位置して前記セルアセンブリを支持する金属材質のエンドプレート、
前記エンドプレート及び前記セルアセンブリと前記上部ケースとを一つの本体として組み立てる長ボルト部材、
前記パックケースの内部に設けられたBMS回路基板上に所定形態の導体パターンを形成した静電気誘導パターン、及び前記静電気誘導パターンと連結される放電端子、
前記パックケースの前記内部空間の中に収容され、前記BMS回路基板上の前記静電気誘導パターンと前記エンドプレートとを電気的に連結するグラウンドワイヤ、並びに、
前記BMS回路基板上のデータ伝送端子に接続可能に設けられた第1接続部及び前記放電端子に接続可能に設けられた第2接続部を備えるパック側コネクタと、前記パック側コネクタとハーネスケーブルによって連結され、前記パックケースに貫設されたコネクタ装着用孔を通じて外部に露出するように前記パックケースに設けられる車両側コネクタとから構成された通信及び接地兼用ケーブルコネクタ
を含むことを特徴とする車両用バッテリーパック。 - 前記パック側コネクタは、第1パック側コネクタ、及び前記第1パック側コネクタと別に分離された形態で設けられる第2パック側コネクタを含み、
前記第1接続部は前記第1パック側コネクタで定義され、前記第2接続部は前記第2パック側コネクタで定義されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。 - 前記BMS回路基板には、前記グラウンドワイヤの一端が固定されるように取り付けられるワイヤ取付部が設けられ、前記ワイヤ取付部は前記静電気誘導パターン上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。
- 前記ワイヤ取付部は前記BMS回路基板の角領域に設けられ、前記静電気誘導パターンは前記BMS回路基板のエッジ領域に沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。
- 前記BMS回路基板には受動素子で構成された静電気放電フィルターが設けられ、
前記静電気誘導パターンは、前記ワイヤ取付部を基準にして前記パック側コネクタに繋がる第1誘導パターン、及び前記静電気放電フィルターに繋がる第2誘導パターンを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。 - 前記エンドプレートは、前記セルアセンブリの下部に配置される下部プレート、及び前記セルアセンブリを介在して前記下部プレートの上部に配置される上部プレートを含み、
前記長ボルト部材が、前記上部ケース、前記上部プレート、前記セルアセンブリ、及び前記下部プレートに連結されて前記上部ケースと前記上部プレートと前記セルアセンブリと下部プレートとが1つの本体として組み立てられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。 - 前記BMS回路基板は、絶縁性フレームに取り付けられて前記上部プレートの上面に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。
- 前記コネクタ装着用孔は前記上部ケースに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。
- 前記長ボルト部材は、前記上部ケースに上下方向に形成されたボルト締結用孔を通過することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。
- 前記データ伝送端子及び前記放電端子は、前記BMS回路基板上に相互一定間隔を置いて規則的に配列される複数のピンから選択的に構成され、前記パック側コネクタは単数個であり、前記第1接続部及び前記第2接続部は個別的に前記ピンと接触する導電体形態で設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項10のうちいずれか1項に記載の車両用バッテリーパック、及び前記車両側コネクタと車体とを電気的に連結する接地ラインを含むことを特徴とする自動車。
