Description
本出願は、2014年12月11日付出願の中国特許出願第201420783711.6号明細書、発明の名称「Heat exchanger,heat exchange module,heat exchange device and heat source unit」の優先権を主張するものであり、その内容の全てを引用して本明細書中に組み込む。
略四辺形側面を有する本体部と、
本体部に接続される少なくとも1つの曲げ部であって、少なくとも1つの曲げ部の1つが略平行四辺形の側面を有する、少なくとも1つの曲げ部と、
本体部と曲げ部との間に延在する少なくとも1つの熱交換管であって、曲げ部内の熱交換管は、本体部が位置する平面が、曲げ部が位置する平面に対して垂直か、略垂直であるように、本体部内の熱交換管に対して傾斜され、曲げられる、少なくとも1つの熱交換管とを備えている。
βは台形側面の2つの非平行側面の間の狭角であり、角度αはβ/2−5°からβ/2+5°の範囲にあり、台形側面の短い縁端が底部に位置する場合、各熱交換管の長さは、底部から頂部へ2L×tgαずつ徐々に増加し、曲げ部における熱交換管の間の距離はLである。

本体部に接続される少なくとも1つの曲げ部であって、少なくとも1つの曲げ部が唯一の曲げ部であり、曲げ部が曲げられた台形側面を有する、少なくとも1つの曲げ部と、
本体部と曲げ部との間に延在する少なくとも1つの熱交換管であって、曲げ部内の熱交換管は、本体部が位置する平面が、曲げ部が位置する平面に対して垂直か、略垂直であるように、本体部内の熱交換管に対して傾斜され、曲げられる、少なくとも1つの熱交換管とを備えている。
曲げられた熱交換管は、第1の曲げ軸とは異なる第2の曲げ軸に沿って角度βに曲げられ、
βは台形側面の2つの非平行側面の間の狭角であり、角度αはβ/2−5°からβ/2+5°の範囲にあり、台形側面の短い縁端が底部に位置する場合、各熱交換管の長さは、底部から頂部へ2L×tgαずつ徐々に増加し、曲げ部における熱交換管の間の距離はLであるのが好ましい。
熱交換管は、本体部及び曲げ部において所定間隔で配置され、本体部及び曲げ部において互いと略平行に延在する複数の熱交換管であり、
熱交換管のそれぞれは、曲げ部及び本体部を通って2つのヘッダの一方から他方のヘッダへ延在するのが好ましい。
4つの熱交換器のうちの2つは、同じ寸法及び略四辺形側面を有し、4つの熱交換器のうちの他の2つは、同じ寸法及び台形側面を有し、
各熱交換器は、熱交換器の2つの対向する側面に配設される2つのヘッダを備え、
複数の熱交換管は、ヘッダと連通し、熱交換器の側面において所定間隔で配置されて、その内部で互いと略平行に延在する。
Claims (11)
- 空冷ウォーターチラーユニット又は商用屋上機械上で使用するための熱交換装置の熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器は、
本体部と、
前記本体部に接続される少なくとも1つの曲げ部であって、前記少なくとも1つの曲げ部が唯一の曲げ部であり、前記曲げ部が曲げられた台形側面を有する、少なくとも1つの曲げ部と、
前記本体部と前記曲げ部との間に延在する少なくとも1つの熱交換管と、
を備え、
前記熱交換管の一方の側面は、幅方向を軸として用いて角度αに曲げられ、前記熱交換管のこの側面上の曲げ点が、第1の曲げ軸上に実質的に位置し、
前記曲げられた熱交換管は、前記曲げ部が位置する平面が前記本体部が位置する平面に対して垂直か略垂直となるように、前記本体部内の熱交換管に対し前記第1の曲げ軸と異なる第2の曲げ軸に沿って曲げられることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記曲げられた熱交換管は、前記第1の曲げ軸とは異なる前記第2の曲げ軸に沿って角度βに曲げられ、
βは台形側面の2つの非平行側面の間の狭角であり、前記角度αはβ/2−5°からβ/2+5°の範囲にあり、前記台形側面の短い縁端が底部に位置する場合、各熱交換管の長さは、底部から頂部へ2L×tgαずつ徐々に増加し、前記曲げ部における熱交換管の間の距離はLであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1の曲げ軸と前記第2の曲げ軸との間の距離は、200mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- また、前記熱交換器の2つの対向する側面に配設される2つのヘッダも備え、
前記熱交換管は、前記本体部及び曲げ部において所定間隔で配置され、前記本体部及び曲げ部において互いと略平行に延在する複数の熱交換管であり、
前記熱交換管のそれぞれは、前記曲げ部及び本体部を通って前記2つのヘッダの一方から他方のヘッダへ延在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換管は扁平管であり、フィンは、曲げ点ではない前記扁平管のそれらの部分上に配設され、前記扁平管の端部が前記ヘッダと垂直連通することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 空冷ウォーターチラーユニット又は商用屋上機械上で使用するための熱交換装置の熱交換モジュールであって、前記熱交換装置が、共に接合される2つの熱交換器を備える少なくとも1つの熱交換モジュールを備え、各熱交換モジュールは、2つの同一で一致する熱交換器を備え、これら2つの熱交換器のそれぞれが、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前記熱交換器であることを特徴とする熱交換モジュール。
- 前記2つの熱交換器が共に接合される場合に形成される空気漏出領域は、空気バッフル板を備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換モジュール。
- 空冷ウォーターチラーユニット又は商用屋上機械上で使用するための熱交換装置の熱交換モジュールであって、前記熱交換装置が少なくとも1つの熱交換モジュールを備え、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換モジュールは、共に接合される4つの熱交換器を備え、
前記4つの熱交換器のうちの2つは、同じ寸法及び略四辺形側面を有し、前記4つの熱交換器のうちの他の2つは、同じ寸法及び台形側面を有し、
各熱交換器は、前記熱交換器の2つの対向する側面に配設される2つのヘッダを備え、
複数の熱交換管は、前記ヘッダと連通し、前記熱交換器の前記側面において所定間隔で配置されて、その内部で互いと略平行に延在することを特徴とする熱交換モジュール。 - 前記熱交換管は、その上にフィンが設けられる扁平管であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のモジュール。
- 空冷ウォーターチラーユニット又は商用屋上機械上で使用するための熱交換装置であって、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記熱交換モジュールである少なくとも1つの熱交換モジュールを備える熱交換装置。
- 熱源ユニットであって、前記熱源ユニットは、また、互いに協働する、熱交換装置と、ブロワと、前記熱交換装置と連通する排水板と、前記熱交換装置以外の冷却サイクル構成部品を収容する機械室とを備え、前記熱交換装置は、請求項10に記載の前記熱交換装置であることを特徴とする熱源ユニット。
