Claims (15)
- 近位先端部(3.1)を有する中空針(3)を薬剤リザーバ(1)に連結するためのニードルインターフェース(2)であって、
リザーバ(1)の可撓性リザーバ壁(4)に固定される内側リング(5)と、
針(3)に取付け可能な外側リング(6)と
を含み、ここで、内側リング(5)および外側リング(6)の一方は、少なくとも1つの磁石(6.1)を含み、内側リング(5)および外側リング(6)の他方は、磁化可能な材料(5.1)または磁石(6.1)を含み、
ここで、外側リング(6)は、針(3)がリザーバ(1)にある内側リング(5)に取り付けられると、針(3)の軸の一セクションを円周方向に取り囲み、針を定位置に保持し、それによって可撓性リザーバ壁(4)を内側リング(5)と外側リング(6)との間で保持し、針(3)の近位先端部(3.1)が内側リング(5)および外側リング(6)を通って可撓性リザーバ壁(4)を貫通することが可能となる、前記ニードルインターフェース。 - 内側リング(5)の磁化可能な材料(5.1)は、生体適合性および/または薬物適合性材料を含むクラッド(5.2)内に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 内側リング(5)は、リザーバ壁(4)に埋め込まれる、請求項1または2に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 内側リング(5)は、リザーバ壁(4)の内面(4.1)に生物適合性および/または薬物適合性接着剤で接着される、請求項1または2に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- クラッド(5.2)は、リザーバ壁(4)と同じ材料からなる、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- クラッド(5.2)の材料は、エチレンビニルアセテートである、請求項5に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 内側リング(5)は、外側リング(6)から近位の針(3)の長さからリザーバ壁(4)の厚さを引いたものに少なくとも等しい厚さを呈する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 内側リング(5)は、近位先端部(3.1)を中に配置可能な中央孔(5.4)に対して横断方向に向いている、1つまたはそれ以上の流路(5.3)を含む、請求項7に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 流路(5.3)は、中央孔(5.4)から半径方向に延びる、請求項8に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 内側リング(5)は、近位方向に延びる保護ケージ(5.5)を含み、内側リング(5)の厚さと、保護ケージ(5.5)の長さとの和が、外側リング(6)から近位の針(3)の長さからリザーバ壁(4)の厚さを引いたものに少なくとも等しい、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 針(3)は、外側リング(6)に対して摺動可能に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 磁化可能な固定リング(7)をさらに含み、磁化可能な固定リング(7)が、針(3)を覆った状態で廃棄可能であり、固定リング(7)は、針(3)の近位先端部(3.1)に向かってだけ軸方向に移動可能であり、したがってリザーバ(1)に入ることが可能な針(3)の長さが制限される、請求項11に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 固定リング(7)は、針(3)の外面に配置された並列している凹部(8)のうちの1つに係合するように適用された、1つまたはそれ以上の弾性アーム(7.1)を含む、請求項12に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)。
- 可撓性リザーバ壁(4)と、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のニードルインターフェース(2)とを含む、薬剤を貯蔵するための薬剤リザーバ(1)。
- 請求項14に記載の薬剤リザーバと、
該薬剤リザーバ(1)からノズル(12)に薬剤をポンプ供給するポンプ(11)と、
薬剤リザーバに連結されるように適用された近位先端部(3.1)を有する中空針(3)と
を含む、薬物送達デバイス(10)。
