Description
The present invention relates to a mold vibration monitoring method and a breakout monitoring method in a continuous casting facility.
In continuous casting equipment, the mold is constantly vibrated vertically during continuous casting, and one of its purposes is to suppress the occurrence of breakout. Here, the breakout, seizure occurs between the mold and the slab during continuous casting, the slab of the seizure is fixed to the mold, when the fixed slab is pulled out downward, It means a phenomenon in which molten steel leaks from the inside of the mold when the outer shell (solidified shell) is torn and the torn part reaches the lower end of the mold. By vibrating the mold, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of seizure between the mold and the slab, but if abnormal vibration is caused, seizure will occur between the mold and the slab, causing breakout. Lead to outbreak.
In
However, the vicinity of the mold is easily affected by the heat of molten steel poured into the mold, and the heat causes a short life of the displacement detection sensor provided in the vicinity of the mold, resulting in long-term stability. Therefore, a problem that the vibration state of the mold cannot be monitored may occur.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a mold vibration monitoring method and a breakout monitoring method capable of stably monitoring the vibration state of a mold in the long term. That is.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the object, the mold vibration monitoring method according to the present invention is a mold vibration monitoring method for monitoring the vibration state of the mold of a continuous casting facility, which is provided in the mold. At least a pattern to be measured having a periodicity in the mold vibration direction is photographed at predetermined time intervals by a photographing means, and an image is obtained using a sampling moire method with respect to image data of the pattern to be measured photographed by the photographing means. The vibration state of the mold is determined from the amount of change in the displacement of the measurement target pattern obtained by performing the process.
Further, the mold vibration monitoring method according to the present invention, in the above invention, the vibration amplitude, cycle or frequency of the mold obtained from the amount of displacement of the pattern to be measured, and the preset target of the mold It is characterized in that when the difference between the amplitude, the cycle or the frequency of the vibration has a predetermined difference or more, the vibration of the mold is determined to be abnormal.
Further, the mold vibration monitoring method according to the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned invention, the pattern to be measured is a lattice pattern.
Further, the breakout monitoring method according to the present invention is a breakout monitoring method for monitoring the occurrence of breakout which is a slab break inside the mold of a continuous casting facility, and the mold vibration is monitored by the mold vibration monitoring method of the above invention. Is monitored, and when it is determined that the vibration state of the mold is abnormal, it is determined that a breakout occurs.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The mold vibration monitoring method and the breakout monitoring method according to the present invention have an effect that the vibration state of the mold can be stably monitored in the long term.
An embodiment of the mold vibration monitoring method and the breakout monitoring method according to the present invention will be described below. The present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a schematic configuration of a

In the present embodiment, the vibration stroke (distance from the upper limit position to the lower limit position of the displacement of the mold 14) is 8.64 [mm] (amplitude is 4.32 [mm]), and the vibration cycle is 160 [cycles. /Min] (frequency is 2.67 [Hz]), the mold vibrating device 30 vibrates the

The controller 16 supplies the molten steel M from the tundish 11 into the

FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a mold
As shown in FIG. 3, measurement objects 44 and 46 made of a cube are attached to the two
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the mold
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the
Further, in the mold
The monitoring monitor 43 displays the output of the
Further, in the present embodiment, the occurrence of breakout, which is slab breakage inside the mold of the
Next, as a representative example of the vibration waveform of the
The amplitude of the vibration of the
FIG. 8 is a graph showing the frequency waveform of the vibration of the
Next, an example of a method for determining an abnormality in the vibration of the
The absolute value Δx k of the displacement amount of the
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram in the case of obtaining the vibration waveform data W 2 of the
As a method for determining the abnormality of the vibration of the
