Description
米国特許出願公開第2011/021075号から、プラグ側の端部の開口部とケーブル側の端部の開口部に加えて、前記ハウジングにハウジングの後壁において付加的な開口部が配設されるハウジング付き屈曲電気プラグコネクタが知られている。この付加的な開口部は、2つの内部導体コンポーネントを電気的且つ機械的に互いに接続し、また、ハウジング内でのそれらの正しい組み立てを目視検査するために、2つの内部導体コンポーネントのカップリングジョイントへのアクセスを提供する。付加的な開口部は、屈曲プラグコネクタの設置の後にカバーで密封される。しかしながら、これは、ハウジングが単一片で形成されず、付加的な密封が付加的な開口部の領域において提供されなければならないという不都合を有する。
上記の種類の屈曲したプラグコネクタの組み立て方法において、本発明によれば、以下のステップが提供される:
(a)第1の導体コンポーネントは、スルーチャネル内で、好ましくはフォースロック方式で組み立て位置(I)に保持され、
(b)第2の導体コンポーネントは、他方の側から終端位置(II)までスルーチャネル内に導入され、
(c)第1の導体コンポーネント(14)は、スルーチャネル(12)内のさらに中の終端位置(III)まで導入された結果、第2の導体コンポーネント(16)と接続される。
これは、特に省時間でユーザフレンドリーな屈曲プラグコネクタの製造方法につながる。
Claims (10)
- 互いに対して屈曲して延在する導体コンポーネント(14、16)を収容するように設計された、好ましくは直角に屈曲したスルーチャネル(12)を備えるプラグコネクタハウジング(10)を有する屈曲プラグコネクタ(100)の組み立て方法であって、
一方の側(X)から前記スルーチャネル(12)に導入された第1の導体コンポーネント(14)が、他方の側(Y)から前記スルーチャネル(12)に導入された第2の導体コンポーネント(16)に、前記スルーチャネル内部でフォームロックおよび/またはフォースロック方式で接続されるときのステップは、
(a)前記第1の導体コンポーネント(14)は、前記スルーチャネル内で、好ましくはフォースロック方式で組み立て位置(I)に保持され、
(b)前記第2の導体コンポーネント(16)は、他方の側(Y)から、終端位置(II)まで前記スルーチャネル(12)内に導入され、
(c)前記第1の導体コンポーネント(14)は、前記スルーチャネル(12)内のさらに中の終端位置(III)まで導入された結果、前記第2の導体コンポーネント(16)と接続される
ステップを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の導体コンポーネント(14)は、前記スルーチャネル(12)の内部で前記第2の導体コンポーネント(16)と押し合わされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導体コンポーネント(14、16)は、それぞれ少なくとも1つの内部導体(34、36)と、前記内部導体を少なくとも部分的に包囲する外部導体(24、26)とを備え、2つの前記導体コンポーネント(14、16)の前記外部導体(24、26)は、互いに押し合わされることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 押圧中に、寸法超過された実質的な第1の前記外部導体(24)の管状の壁部が第2の前記外部導体(26)の開口部に押し込まれることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 前記外部導体(24、26)の押し合せ中に、前記第1の導体コンポーネントの前記内部導体(34)は、前記第2の導体コンポーネントの前記内部導体(36)と電気的に接触するように動かされ、動かされた前記内部導体(34)は、好ましくはフォームロックまたはフォースロック方式で前記内部導体(36)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の導体コンポーネントの前記内部導体(34)は、前記第2の導体コンポーネントの前記内部導体(36)の締付部に締め付けられる前記スルーチャネル(12)の内部に突出するピン形状部を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記プラグコネクタハウジング(10)は、単一片で形成され、
前記スルーチャネル(12)は、前記プラグコネクタハウジング(10)の内壁によって区切られることを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の導体コンポーネント(14)は、相補的な相手側のプラグコネクタと結合するためのインターフェースを有し、前記インターフェースは、例えばスプリングブッシュである外部導体(24)と、絶縁部分によって内部に保持される内部導体(34)とを備え、および/または、前記第2の導体コンポーネント(16)は、同軸ケーブルの一端に取り付けられて、内部導体(36)と、前記内部導体を少なくとも部分的に包囲する外部導体(26)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スルーチャネル内に収容された例えばシールリング等の少なくとも2つのシーリング要素(44、46)を特徴とし、1番目のシーリング要素(46)は、他方の側(Y)からのチャネル内部への液体の侵入を防止し、および/または、2番目のシーリング要素(44)は、相手側のプラグコネクタが前記屈曲プラグコネクタ(100)に結合している場合に一方の側(X)からのチャネル内部への液体の侵入を防止することを特徴とする請求項1から8のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法による屈曲プラグコネクタ(100)の製造のためのアセンブリユニットであって、
互いに屈曲して延在する導体コンポーネント(14、16)を収容するように設計された屈曲したスルーチャネル(12)を備えたプラグコネクタハウジング(10)と、
一方の側(X)から前記スルーチャネル(12)内に導入されて組み立て位置(I)にフォースロック方式で保持され、そこから前記スルーチャネル(12)のさらに中まで導入され得る第1の導体コンポーネント(14)とを備え、
前記第1の導体コンポーネント(14)は、前記スルーチャネル内のさらに中の終端位置(III)まで導入されることにより、他方の側(Y)から前記スルーチャネル内に導入される第2の導体コンポーネント(16)と、フォームロックおよび/またはフォースロック方式で特に押し合わされることで電気的且つ機械的に接触可能なように設計されているアセンブリユニット。
