Claims (9)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に配置された第1の補助配線と、
前記第1の補助配線に連結されて、前記基板上に配置された第2の補助配線と、
前記基板上の前記第1の補助配線及び第2の補助配線を覆い、前記第1の補助配線の一部を露出する貫通孔を備える保護層と、
前記貫通孔を介して前記第1の補助配線と接触し、前記保護層の露出による部分的な抵抗パターンを有し、前記保護層上に配置された第1電極と、
前記第1電極上に配置された有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層上に配置された第2電極と
を含み、
前記第1の補助配線の線幅は第2の補助配線の線幅よりも大きい、
OLED照明装置。 - 前記第2の補助配線は、
前記基板上でマトリックス状に交差するように配列されている、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記第2の補助配線は、
1〜3μmの線幅を有する、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記第2の補助配線は、
前記貫通孔によって少なくとも半分以上の面積が露出して、前記第1電極と直接接触されている、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記第1の補助配線は、
前記第2の補助配線と同じ層に配置され、且つ、
同じ金属材質からなる、
請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記第1の補助配線は、第1膜厚を有し、
前記第2の補助配線は、前記第1膜厚より低い第2膜厚を有する、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記第2膜厚は、
前記第1膜厚の20〜60%である、請求項6に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記OLED照明装置は、
前記基板と前記第1の補助配線及び第2の補助配線との間に配置したバッファ層と、
前記第2電極を覆うカプセル化層と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。 - 前記第1の補助配線及び第2の補助配線に印加された信号は、前記抵抗パターンを介して前記第1電極に印加される、
請求項1に記載のOLED照明装置。
