Abstract
Description
本実施の形態の摺動部材は、鉛を含まない樹脂組成物で形成される。摺動部材は、金属基材の表面に設けた金属の多孔質を被覆する形態で使用される。
図2は、本実施の形態の軸受の一例を示す斜視図、図3は、本実施の形態の軸受の一例を示す断面図であり、本実施の形態の摺動部材1の使用例を示す。
樹脂組成物4のベース樹脂となるフッ素樹脂は、優れた摺動特性を有する合成樹脂として周知であり、摺動摩擦による発熱に対し耐熱性が十分に確保されるため、摺動部材の樹脂組成物のベース樹脂としてPTFE(ポリテトラフルオロエチレン)樹脂、PFA(パーフルオロアルコキシアルカン)、FEP(パーフルオロエチレンプロペンコポリマー)、ETFE(エチレンテトラフルオロエチレンコポリマー)が多く用いられている。
亜鉛化合物(Zn化合物)は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において必須の添加物である。Zn化合物としては、ZnS(硫化亜鉛),ZnO(酸化亜鉛)、ZnSO4(硫酸亜鉛)等が挙げられる。
炭素繊維(CF)は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において酸化鉄との間で選択的に必須の添加剤である。炭素繊維は、直接または油等の流体を介して相手材と接触する摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4に、機能性付与材及び強化材として使用される。炭素繊維を含むことで、静摩擦力の値、及び、静摩擦力と動摩擦力の変化率を改善することができる。
酸化鉄は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において炭素繊維との間で選択的に必須の添加剤である。酸化鉄としては、FeO、Fe203、Fe304等が挙げられる。樹脂組成物4は、所定量の酸化鉄を含むことで、耐摩耗性の向上に加え、弾性率を向上させることができる。
硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において任意の添加剤である。樹脂組成物4は、硫酸バリウムを0vol%以上20vol%以下で含むことが好ましい。
アラミド繊維は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において任意の添加剤である。樹脂組成物4は、アラミド繊維を0vol%以上20vol%以下で含むことが好ましい。
黒鉛は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において任意の添加剤である。樹脂組成物4は、黒鉛を0vol%以上20vol%以下で含むことが好ましい。
二硫化モリブデンは、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において任意の添加剤である。樹脂組成物4は、二硫化モリブデンを0vol%以上20vol%以下で含むことが好ましい。
カルシウム化合物は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において任意の添加剤である。カルシウム化合物としては、CaCO3(炭酸カルシウム),CaSO4(硫酸カルシウム)、Ca(OH)2(水酸化カルシウム)等が挙げられる。樹脂組成物4は、カルシウム化合物を0vol%以上20vol%以下で含むことが好ましい。
亜鉛(Zn)、亜鉛合金(Zn合金)は、弾性率を改善し、かつ、耐摩耗性を改善するため、摺動層5を形成する樹脂組成物4において任意の添加剤である。樹脂組成物4は、ZnまたはZn合金の何れか、あるいは、Zn及びZn合金を0vol%以上20vol%以下で含むことが好ましい。ZnまたはZn合金の粒径は、フッ素樹脂への分散性及び樹脂組成物からなる樹脂層の厚さを考慮すると、1μm以上50μm以下であることが好ましく、1μm以上25μm以下がより好ましい。

- 金属基材と、
前記金属基材の一の面に形成される多孔質層と、
前記多孔質層を被覆する摺動層を備え、
前記多孔質層は、金属単体または合金組成物で形成され、
前記摺動層は、鉛を含まない樹脂組成物で形成され、
前記樹脂組成物は、
必須の添加物が、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維との組み合わせ、亜鉛化合物と酸化鉄との組み合わせ、または、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維と酸化鉄との組み合わせの何れかのみからなり、任意の添加物が硫酸バリウムのみからなり、
必須の添加物と任意の添加物の合計の含有量が、樹脂組成物中10vol%以上35vol%以下であり、
残部がフッ素樹脂である
ことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 金属基材と、
前記金属基材の一の面に形成される多孔質層と、
前記多孔質層を被覆する摺動層を備え、
前記多孔質層は、金属単体または合金組成物で形成され、
前記摺動層は、鉛を含まない樹脂組成物で形成され、
前記樹脂組成物は、
亜鉛化合物を必須の添加物として含み、
さらに、炭素繊維と酸化鉄の何れか、または、炭素繊維と酸化鉄の両方を必須の添加物として含み、
必須の添加物が、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維との組み合わせ、亜鉛化合物と酸化鉄との組み合わせ、または、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維と酸化鉄との組み合わせの何れかのみからなり、
必須の添加物の含有量が、樹脂組成物中10vol%以上35vol%以下であり、
残部がフッ素樹脂である
ことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 亜鉛化合物の含有量が、樹脂組成物中0.5vol%以上20vol%以下、
炭素繊維の含有量が、樹脂組成物中0vol%以上20vol%以下、
酸化鉄の含有量が、樹脂組成物中0vol%以上20vol%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の摺動部材。 - フッ素樹脂としてポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含み、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン以外のフッ素樹脂を、0vol%以上20vol%以下で含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の摺動部材。 - 金属基材と、
前記金属基材の一の面に形成される多孔質層と、
前記多孔質層を被覆する摺動層を備え、
前記多孔質層は、金属単体または合金組成物で形成され、
前記摺動層は、鉛を含まない樹脂組成物で形成され、
前記樹脂組成物は、
必須の添加物が、亜鉛化合物と酸化鉄との組み合わせのみからなり、任意の添加物が硫酸バリウムからなり、
必須の添加物と任意の添加物の合計の含有量が、樹脂組成物中10vol%以上35vol%以下であり、
残部がフッ素樹脂である
ことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 金属基材と、
前記金属基材の一の面に形成される多孔質層と、
前記多孔質層を被覆する摺動層を備え、
前記多孔質層は、金属単体または合金組成物で形成され、
前記摺動層は、鉛を含まない樹脂組成物で形成され、
前記樹脂組成物は、
亜鉛化合物を必須の添加物として含み、
さらに、炭素繊維と酸化鉄の何れか、または、炭素繊維と酸化鉄の両方を必須の添加物として含み、
必須の添加物が、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維との組み合わせ、亜鉛化合物と酸化鉄との組み合わせ、または、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維と酸化鉄との組み合わせの何れかのみからなり、
任意の添加物としてアラミド繊維、黒鉛、二硫化モリブデン、カルシウム化合物、亜鉛または亜鉛合金のいずれか、あるいは、2種以上のみを含み、必須の添加物と任意の添加物の合計の含有量が、樹脂組成物中10vol%以上35vol%以下であり、
残部がフッ素樹脂である
ことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 金属基材と、
前記金属基材の一の面に形成される多孔質層と、
前記多孔質層を被覆する摺動層を備え、
前記摺動層を内側として環状とし、円筒状の内周面が前記摺動層で構成される軸受において、
前記多孔質層は、金属単体または合金組成物で形成され、
前記摺動層は、鉛を含まない樹脂組成物で形成され、
前記樹脂組成物は、
亜鉛化合物を必須の添加物として含み、
さらに、炭素繊維と酸化鉄の何れか、または、炭素繊維と酸化鉄の両方を必須の添加物として含み、
必須の添加物が、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維との組み合わせ、亜鉛化合物と酸化鉄との組み合わせ、または、亜鉛化合物と炭素繊維と酸化鉄との組み合わせの何れかのみからなり、
必須の添加物の含有量が、樹脂組成物中10vol%以上35vol%以下であり、
残部がフッ素樹脂である
ことを特徴とする軸受。
