Description
Claims (9)
- 燃料に高圧を加える燃料高圧ポンプ(10)であって、
圧力室(34)と、作動中に運動軸線(24)に沿って前記圧力室(34)内において並進的に昇降運動するポンプピストン(22)とを備えたポンプハウジング(14)と、
該ポンプハウジング(14)に配置されており緩衝器容積(40)を備えた低圧緩衝器(20)であって、緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)の周りに対称的に形成された緩衝器エレメント(46)を有する低圧緩衝器(20)と、を有し、
前記緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)は、前記運動軸線(24)に対して5°〜175°の角度を成して配置されており、
前記緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)と前記運動軸線(24)との交点(S)が、前記圧力室(34)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。 - 前記緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)は、前記ポンプピストン(22)の前記運動軸線(24)に対してほぼ垂直に配置されている、請求項1記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記緩衝器エレメント(46)は、少なくとも1つの緩衝装置(48)、前記低圧緩衝器(20)の前記緩衝器容積(40)を一緒に画成する緩衝器カバー(52)、および前記緩衝装置(48)に予荷重を加えるスペーサ(50)を備え、前記緩衝器エレメント(46)は、前記緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)に沿って前記緩衝器容積(40)内に配置されている、請求項1または2記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(14)は、前記圧力室(34)に燃料を供給する供給領域(36)と、前記ポンプピストン(22)の前記運動軸線(24)に沿って前記圧力室(34)とは反対側に位置している駆動領域(38)とを有しており、該駆動領域(38)内に、前記ポンプピストン(22)を駆動する駆動エレメントが配置されており、前記供給領域(36)と前記駆動領域(38)とは、前記緩衝器容積(40)によって互いに流体接続されている、請求項3記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(14)は、前記供給領域(36)を前記緩衝器容積(40)に接続する、前記緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)に対してほぼ平行に延びる供給領域孔(42)と、前記駆動領域(38)を前記緩衝器容積(40)に接続する、前記運動軸線(24)に対してほぼ平行に延びる補償孔(44)とを有しており、前記供給領域孔(42)と前記補償孔(44)とは、前記緩衝器長手方向軸線(32)に沿って前記緩衝器カバー(52)とは反対側に位置するように前記緩衝器容積(40)内に開口している、請求項4記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(14)に入口弁(16)が配置されており、該入口弁(16)は、それに沿って弁エレメントが作動中に運動する弁軸線(26)を有しており、該弁軸線(26)は、前記ポンプピストン(22)の前記運動軸線(24)に対してほぼ平行に配置されていて、かつ前記運動軸線(24)と合致している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記入口弁(16)は、コイル(28)と電気的な差込みコネクタ(30)とを備えたデジタル式の入口弁(16)として形成されており、前記コイル(28)および/または前記電気的な差込みコネクタ(30)は、前記弁軸線(26)を中心にして360°回転可能に配置されている、請求項6記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記入口弁(16)は、前記供給領域(36)に配置されている、請求項4または5を引用する、請求項6または7記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(14)は、鍛造ハウジング(12)として形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料高圧ポンプ(10)。
