Claims (14)
- バンド(65、70、110、120)と、
前記バンド内のシールスロット(90、170)と、
前記バンドから延びる翼形部(75、130)と、
前記翼形部の内部のキャビティ(80、160)と、
前記バンドの周りに配置されたエンボス部(210)であって、前記キャビティ内に延びる追加の材料を含むエンボス部と
を備えるガスタービンエンジン用ノズル(60)であって、前記シールスロットが前記エンボス部の内部に延びる、ノズル。 - 前記バンドは、外側バンド及び/又は内側バンドを備える、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記翼形部は、前方側壁及び後方側壁を備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のノズル。
- 前記キャビティ内に配置された冷却インサートをさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記冷却インサートは、衝突冷却インサートを構成する、請求項4に記載のノズル。
- 前記冷却インサートは、複数の開口を備える、請求項4又は請求項5に記載のノズル。
- 前記冷却インサートは、スタンドオフとして前記エンボス部に接触する、請求項4乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- 冷却媒体は、前記冷却インサートを通過して前記翼形部を冷却する、請求項4乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記エンボス部は、湾曲形状である、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記湾曲形状は、前記キャビティの中に約45度の角度を成す、請求項9に記載のノズル。
- 前記エンボス部は、前記キャビティ内に延びる所定量の鋳造材料を含む、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記シールスロットは、前記バンド内部に機械加工される、請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記バンドは、角度の付いたスラッシュ面を備える、請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
- ガスタービンエンジン(10)と共に使用するためのノズル(60)を製造する方法であって、
キャビティ(80、160)及びバンド(65、70、110、120)を備えた翼形部(75、130)を鋳造する段階と、
前記バンドの周りに鋳造された追加の材料を含むエンボス部(210)であって、前記キャビティ内に延びるエンボス部を付加する段階と、
前記エンボス部の内部にシールスロット(170)を機械加工する段階と
を含む方法。
