Claims (4)
- 界磁巻線型駆動モータにおいて、固定子の内径面と所定の空隙をおいて配置される回転子であって、
複数枚の鋼板が積層してなる回転子コアを含み、
前記回転子コアは、回転子本体の外周面にスロットを挟んで円周方向に沿って一定間隔離隔して配置され、回転子コイルが巻線される複数個の回転子ティースと、前記回転子ティースの末端に形成され、前記固定子の内径面と対面する回転子シューとを含み、
前記回転子コアは、軸方向に沿って一定区間別に前記回転子ティースの幅が異なって区画されるように互いに異なる形状の鋼板が積層された複数個のコア群を形成し、
前記回転子コアは、
軸方向両端側に少なくとも一つの第1コア群をそれぞれ形成し、前記第1コア群間に少なくとも一つの第2コア群を形成し、
前記第2コア群の回転子ティースは、前記第1コア群の回転子ティースより相対的に大幅を有して形成され、
前記第1および第2コア群は、前記回転子シューの偏心アークが互いに異なって具備され、
前記第1および第2コア群の回転子シューは、前記固定子の内径面に対する空隙半径が互いに異なって具備されることを特徴とする界磁巻線型駆動モータの回転子。 - 前記第1および第2コア群は、前記回転子シューの幅が互いに異なって具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の界磁巻線型駆動モータの回転子。
- 前記第1および第2コア群間には、前記回転子ティースの幅差に相応する角部段差を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の界磁巻線型駆動モータの回転子。
- 前記回転子コアは、
軸方向両端に前記第1コア群をそれぞれ形成し、前記第1コア群間でそれぞれの第1コア群に隣接する前記第2コア群を形成し、前記第2コア群間に少なくとも一つの第3コア群を形成し、
前記第1、2、3コア群は、互いに異なる形状の鋼板が積層してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の界磁巻線型駆動モータの回転子。
