Description

− 軸が平行である2つのピンであって、それぞれのピンが、キャリパに取り付けられる軸方向取付端部と、カバーの関連の段状ボアの第1の区間の中に半径方向隙間を有した状態で摺動可能に取り付けられるキャリパをカバーに対して軸方向に摺動させるための少なくとも1つの案内区間とを含む、2つのピンとを含む、自動車のディスク・ブレーキに関する。
− 2つの部分が、正反対に対向しており、
− 関連の段状ボアの第1の区間の中の各案内区間での、2つのピンの軸を通過する前記平面での半径方向隙間が、共通平均値と等しく、
− 各ピンの各案内区間が、前記区間の円筒形外側面の少なくとも2つの別の対向する軸方向部分を含み、
− 前記部分のそれぞれが、軸方向に配向された一対の平坦区間によって画定され、
− 各軸方向部分が、同じ軸方向長に沿って延び、
− 各案内区間が、関連のピンの自由端から延び、
− 各ピンの少なくとも1つの平坦区間が、案内区間の長さより長い長さに沿ってピンの自由端から延び、
− 2つのピンが、同一であり、
− カバーのそれぞれの関連の段状ボアが、ピンをキャリパに取り付ける端部の側に、第2の入口区間を含み、各ピンが、管状封止キャップを受け、1つの区間が、関連のピンと前記第2の入口区間との間に半径方向に挿入される。
Claims (10)
- それぞれが少なくとも1つの第1の区間(28、30)を含む、軸が平行である2つの段状ボアを含むカバー(12)と、
前記カバー(12)に対して軸方向に摺動可能に取り付けられたキャリパ(10)と、
軸(A、B)が平行である2つのピン(16、18)であって、それぞれが、前記キャリパ(10)に取り付けられる軸方向取付端部(20、22)と、前記カバー(12)の前記関連の段状ボア(29、31)の前記第1の区間(28、30)の中に半径方向隙間を有した状態で摺動可能に取り付けられる前記キャリパ(10)を前記カバー(12)に対して軸方向に摺動させるための少なくとも1つの案内区間(24、26)とを含む、2つのピンとを含む自動車のディスク・ブレーキであって、
各ピン(16、18)の前記摺動案内区間(24、26)の円筒形外側案内面が、少なくとも2つの対向する軸方向部分(64)を含み、各軸方向部分が、90°より小さい角度だけ、各ピン(16、18)の前記軸(A、B)周りに角度をもって延びていることと、前記2つの部分(64)の中央軸平面(M)が、前記2つのピン(16、18)の前記軸(A、B)を通過する平面(P)と平行であることとを特徴とし、前記ピン(16、18)が取り付けられる前記キャリパ(10)に対する、各前記ピン(16、18)の前記軸(A、B)周りの角度位置にインデックスを付与する手段(58、59)を備えることを特徴とする、自動車のディスク・ブレーキ。 - 前記2つの部分(64)が、正反対に対向していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 前記関連の段状ボア(29、31)の前記第1の区間(28、30)の中の各案内区間(24、26)の、前記2つのピン(16、18)の前記軸(A、B)を通過する前記平面(P)と平行な前記平面(M)での前記半径方向隙間が、共通平均値と等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 各ピン(16、18)の各案内区間(24、26)が、前記区間(24、26)の円筒形外側面の少なくとも2つの別の対向する軸方向部分(65)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 各前記部分(64、65)が、軸方向に配向された一対の平坦区間(66)によって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 各軸方向部分(64、65)が、同じ軸方向長に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 各案内区間(24、26)が、前記関連のピン(16、18)の自由端(25、27)から延びることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 各ピンの少なくとも1つの平坦区間(66)が、前記案内区間(24、26)の長さより長い長さに沿って前記ピンの前記自由端(25、27)から延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 前記2つのピン(16、18)が、同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
- 前記カバー(12)のそれぞれの関連の段状ボア(26、31)が、前記ピン(16、18)を前記キャリパに取り付ける前記端部(20、22)の側に、第2の入口区間(46、48)を含むことと、各ピン(16、18)が、管状封止キャップ(32、34)を受け、1つの区間(42、44)が、前記関連のピン(16、18)と前記第2の入口区間(46、48)との間に半径方向に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のディスク・ブレーキ。
