Description
V=P/(SR)
そして、この求められた表面流出速度Vを各節点の速度境界条件として与え、再びCFDに基づく血流解析を行うことによって、各節点の圧力Pを求める。すなわち、血流シミュレーション部12は、血管表面の各節点にCFDによって求められた圧力Pを渡し、その圧力Pに基づいて、各節点の表面流出速度Vを速度境界条件として受け取るという弱連成解析を刻々と行う。これにより、血管領域B内の血流をシミュレーションすることができる。

Claims (10)
- 血管を含む被写体を撮影した3次元医用画像から血管領域を抽出する血管領域抽出部と、
前記血管領域から分岐する分岐血管に対応する抵抗値と前記血管領域を延伸方向に区分した予め設定された区間の表面積とを乗じた線抵抗を求め、前記線抵抗を前記血管領域の表面の各点に対してそれぞれ付与することによって血管ネットワークモデルを生成し、前記血管ネットワークモデルを用いて血流のシミュレーションを行う血流シミュレーション部とを備えた血流解析装置。 - 前記血流シミュレーション部が、前記各点が配置される前記血管領域のサイズに応じて、前記分岐血管に対応する抵抗値を変更する請求項1記載の血流解析装置。
- 前記血流シミュレーション部が、前記各点が配置される前記血管領域のサイズに応じて、前記表面積を変更する請求項1または2記載の血流解析装置。
- 前記血流シミュレーション部が、前記血管領域の末端に対して、前記3次元医用画像上に前記血管領域として現れてない末梢血管モデルを接続し、前記末梢血管モデルに基づいて算出した線抵抗を前記血管領域の末端に付与して前記血管ネットワークモデルを生成する請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の血流解析装置。
- 前記血管領域抽出部が、前記被写体として心臓を撮影した前記3次元医用画像から冠動脈を含む前記血管領域を抽出する請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の血流解析装置。
- 前記血流のシミュレーション結果に基づいて、前記血流を表す画像を表示部に表示させる表示制御部を備えた請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の血流解析装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、前記血管領域に対して前記血流を表す画像を重ね合わせて表示させる請求項6記載の血流解析装置。
- 前記表示制御部が、前記血流を表す画像をカラー表示する請求項6または7記載の血流解析装置。
- 血管を含む被写体を撮影した3次元医用画像から血管領域を抽出し、
前記血管領域の表面の各点に対して、前記血管領域から分岐する分岐血管に対応する抵抗値と前記各点を含む予め設定された領域の表面積とを乗じた線抵抗をそれぞれ付与することによって血管ネットワークモデルを生成し、前記血管ネットワークモデルを用いて血流のシミュレーションを行う血流解析方法。 - コンピュータを、血管を含む被写体を撮影した3次元医用画像から血管領域を抽出する血管領域抽出部と、
前記血管領域の表面の各点に対して、前記血管領域から分岐する分岐血管に対応する抵抗値と前記各点を含む予め設定された領域の表面積とを乗じた線抵抗をそれぞれ付与することによって血管ネットワークモデルを生成し、前記血管ネットワークモデルを用いて血流のシミュレーションを行う血流シミュレーション部として機能させる血流解析プログラム。
