従来、化粧シートとしては、例えば、窓枠、床、面材等の内装部材に使用されるものがある(特許文献1参照)。このような化粧シートの表面には、通常、手触り感が良好となるように、盛上げ印刷により凸部等が設けられる。 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a decorative sheet, for example, there is a sheet used for an interior member such as a window frame, a floor, and a face material (see Patent Document 1). On the surface of such a decorative sheet, a convex portion or the like is usually provided by raised printing so as to improve the feel.
However, in the case where the convex portions are provided by the emboss printing, the touch feeling is improved, but the contamination resistance of the surface may be reduced. In addition, it is also required that the decorative sheet does not store heat of infrared light contained in sunlight and suppresses a rise in indoor temperature, especially in summer.
The present invention pays attention to the above points, and provides a decorative sheet and a decorative plate which are excellent in touch feeling and stain resistance and can suppress the heat storage effect of infrared light contained in sunlight. It is intended to be.
In order to solve the above problems, a decorative sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention has a pattern printing layer formed by printing on one surface side of a colored thermoplastic resin layer, and a convex portion formed on the outermost surface. The protrusions have a height of 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less, an interval of 1 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and 20 parts of granular particles having a particle size of 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the ionizing radiation-curable resin. The colored thermoplastic resin layer has a transmittance of 80% or more of infrared light in the picture printing layer, and the pigmented thermoplastic resin layer has a transmittance of not less than 0% by mass and more than 0% by mass. The ink containing the ink in the range of not more than 30% by mass is a printing ink, and the colored thermoplastic resin layer contains titanium oxide as a pigment in the range of not less than 23 parts by mass and not more than 50 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin. Features and That.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the convex portion made of the ionizing radiation-curable resin contains granular particles having a limited particle shape and ratio, so that excellent touch feeling and stain resistance can be obtained. In addition, the pattern printing layer transmits infrared light, and the transmitted infrared light is reflected by the colored thermoplastic resin layer, so that the heat storage effect of infrared light can be suppressed. Thereby, it is possible to provide a decorative sheet which is excellent in touch feeling and stain resistance and capable of suppressing the heat storage effect of infrared light contained in sunlight.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Here, the drawings are schematic, and the relationship between the thickness and the plane dimension, the ratio of the thickness of each layer, and the like are different from actual ones. Further, the embodiments described below exemplify a configuration for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical idea of the present invention is as follows. It is not something specific to the thing. The technical idea of the present invention can be variously modified within the technical scope defined by the claims described in the claims.

(Colored thermoplastic resin layer 1)
The colored thermoplastic resin layer 1 is a sheet-like layer made of a thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin is not particularly limited, and a known thermoplastic resin can be used. For example, a polypropylene resin such as a homopolypropylene resin or a random polypropylene resin, or a polyester resin is preferable. Further, a hindered phenol-based antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a hindered amine-based light stabilizer, and the like may be added to the thermoplastic resin of the colored thermoplastic resin layer 1.
The resin constituting the colored thermoplastic resin layer 1 contains titanium oxide as a pigment. Thereby, when the infrared light passes through the
Note that, in the present embodiment, an example has been described in which titanium oxide, which is a pigment, is included in the resin of the colored thermoplastic resin layer 1, but other configurations may be employed. For example, a configuration using titanium oxide as a pigment may be applied to the surface of the colored thermoplastic resin layer 1 on the

Here, as the method for measuring the transmittance of the printing ink, to a biaxially stretched PET film Thickness 25 [mu] m (Toray Co. Lumirror S50), printed with inks containing dispersed pigment so that the weight 1 g / m 2 , Using a spectrophotometer UV3600 manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation to measure the transmittance at 860 measurement points in the wavelength range from 782 nm to 2500 nm at every 2 nm, and divide the total value of the transmittance (% T) at each wavelength by the number of measurement points. A method of using the divided result as the transmittance of infrared light is used . That is, it is calculated by the formula “infrared light transmittance = total value of measured transmittance (% T) at each infrared wavelength (782 nm or more and 2500 nm or less) / number of measurement points (860)”.

As the two-component curable urethane resin, for example, a urethane resin mainly containing a polyol and using an isocyanate as a crosslinking agent (curing agent) can be used. The polyol has two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule, and examples thereof include polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, acrylic polyol, polyester polyol, polyether polyol, polycarbonate polyol, and polyurethane polyol.
Further, as the isocyanate, a polyvalent isocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups in a molecule can be used. For example, aromatic isocyanates such as 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate, xylene diisocyanate, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, or 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, hydrogenated tolylene diisocyanate, hydrogenated diphenylmethane diisocyanate, etc. Aliphatic (or alicyclic) isocyanate can be used. In addition, adducts or multimers of the above various isocyanates can be used. For example, there are an adduct of tolylene diisocyanate and a trimer of tolylene diisocyanate. In the above isocyanate, an aliphatic (or alicyclic) isocyanate is preferable in that the weather resistance and the heat yellowing resistance can be improved, and for example, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate can be used.
The gloss of the matte portion is preferably designed to have a reflection gloss coefficient of about 3 to 5 by adding each gloss adjusting agent.

Typically, as the polymerizable monomer, for example, a (meth) acrylate-based monomer having a radically polymerizable unsaturated group in a molecule is preferable, and among them, a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate is preferable. Here, “(meth) acrylate” means “acrylate or methacrylate”. The polyfunctional (meth) acrylate is not particularly limited as long as it is a (meth) acrylate having two or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds in a molecule, for example. Specifically, ethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, propylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, 1,4-butanediol di (meth) acrylate, 1,6-hexanediol di (meth) acrylate, neopentyl glycol di ( (Meth) acrylate, polyethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, neopentyl glycol di (meth) acrylate hydroxypivalate, dicyclopentanyl di (meth) acrylate, caprolactone-modified dicyclopentenyl di (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide-modified phosphate (Meth) acrylate, allylated cyclohexyldi (meth) acrylate, isocyanurate di (meth) acrylate, trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide-modified trimethylo Lupropane tri (meth) acrylate, dipentaerythritol tri (meth) acrylate, propionic acid-modified dipentaerythritol tri (meth) acrylate, pentaerythritol tri (meth) acrylate, propylene oxide-modified trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, tris (acrylic) Roxyethyl) isocyanurate, propionic acid-modified dipentaerythritol penta (meth) acrylate, dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide-modified dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, caprolactone-modified dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, etc. No. One of these polyfunctional (meth) acrylates may be used alone, or two or more thereof may be used in combination.
Further, a monofunctional (meth) acrylate may be used in combination with the polyfunctional (meth) acrylate to reduce the viscosity. Examples of the monofunctional (meth) acrylate include methyl (meth) acrylate, ethyl (meth) acrylate, propyl (meth) acrylate, butyl (meth) acrylate, pentyl (meth) acrylate, hexyl (meth) acrylate, and cyclohexyl ( Examples thereof include (meth) acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth) acrylate, lauryl (meth) acrylate, stearyl (meth) acrylate, and isobornyl (meth) acrylate. Is mentioned. Here, the epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer can be obtained by, for example, reacting (meth) acrylic acid with an oxirane ring of a relatively low-molecular-weight bisphenol-type epoxy resin or a novolak-type epoxy resin and esterifying the same. . Further, a carboxyl-modified epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer obtained by partially modifying the epoxy (meth) acrylate-based oligomer with a dibasic carboxylic anhydride can also be used. The urethane (meth) acrylate oligomer can be obtained, for example, by esterifying a polyurethane oligomer obtained by a reaction between a polyether polyol or a polyester polyol and a polyisocyanate with (meth) acrylic acid. Examples of the polyester (meth) acrylate oligomer include, for example, esterifying hydroxyl groups of a polyester oligomer having hydroxyl groups at both ends obtained by condensation of a polyvalent carboxylic acid and a polyhydric alcohol with (meth) acrylic acid, or It can be obtained by esterifying a hydroxyl group at the terminal of an oligomer obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to a polyvalent carboxylic acid with (meth) acrylic acid. The polyether (meth) acrylate oligomer can be obtained by esterifying the hydroxyl group of the polyether polyol with (meth) acrylic acid.

Aminoplast resin (meth) acrylate oligomer modified from aminoplast resin with many reactive groups in a small molecule, or in a molecule such as novolak epoxy resin, bisphenol epoxy resin, aliphatic vinyl ether, aromatic vinyl ether, etc. And oligomers having a cationically polymerizable functional group.
Particles having a particle size of 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less containing 20 parts by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the ionizing radiation-curable resin include organic resins such as resins, and inorganic particles such as glass and silica. Although not limited, spherical acrylic beads are preferable from the viewpoint of touch feeling and stain resistance. When the content is less than 20 parts by mass, or when the particle size is less than 3 μm, the feeling of touch is not so much felt. When the content is more than 30 parts by mass or when the particle size is more than 10 μm, the stain resistance tends to be deteriorated.
