Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1の空中映像表示装置100の構成を示す俯瞰図である。図1において、空中映像表示装置100は、映像表示部10、ビームスプリッタ11、湾曲再帰反射シート12及び映像制御部13を備える。映像表示部10は、映像制御部13から映像信号を受け取り、これを映像として表示する。映像表示部10に表示された映像が、ビームスプリッタ11と湾曲再帰反射シート12とによって構成される空中結像光学系により空中映像14として表示される。観察者15は、空中映像14の真正面から空中映像14を観察する。

Claims (2)
- 映像を表示する映像表示部と、
前記映像を空中映像として空中に結像させるビームスプリッタと湾曲した再帰反射シートとを有する空中結像光学系とを備え、
前記映像表示部において発光した光が、前記ビームスプリッタで反射し、湾曲した前記再帰反射シート上で前記映像表示部から遠のく方向に鏡面反射して前記ビームスプリッタに戻り、前記ビームスプリッタを透過する第一の光路を辿り、前記第一の光路の光路を辿る光のすべてが、観察者の目の存在する領域より外に到達する、または、前記発光した光が、前記ビームスプリッタを透過し、湾曲した前記再帰反射シート上で前記観察者から遠のく方向に鏡面反射して前記ビームスプリッタに戻り、前記ビームスプリッタで反射する第二の光路を辿り、前記第二の光路の光路を辿る光のすべてが、前記観察者の目の存在する領域より外に到達する
ことを特徴とする空中映像表示装置。 - 前記再帰反射シートは、前記観察者に対して凹形状になるよう湾曲している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空中映像表示装置。
