Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態1に係るイメージセンサおよびイメージセンサ装置について説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係るイメージセンサ装置の断面図である。本発明の実施の形態において、17はイメージセンサ装置の外部にある、読み取られるべき紙幣、有価証券、小切手などの紙葉であって、反射光情報と透かしなどの透過光情報を有するものである。
以下、実施の形態2に係るイメージセンサおよびイメージセンサ装置について説明する。図8は、実施の形態2に係る切れ込みのない導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図9は、実施の形態2に係る導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図10は、実施の形態2に係る切れ込みのない導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図11は、実施の形態2に係る切れ込みを2つ入れた導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図12は、実施の形態2に係る切れ込みの方向を調整した導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図13は、実施の形態2に係る切れ込みの方向を調整した導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図14は、実施の形態2に係る切れ込みに遮光部材を入れた導光体の短手方向への光路図である。図8から図14において、図4と同一若しくは同等の構成要素には同一符号を付し、その説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 主走査方向に延在する導光体と、前記導光体の端部に光を照射する光源と、前記主走査方向に沿って前記導光体に形成され、前記光源からの光を反射させて前記導光体の外部に出射させる光反射パターンとを備え、
前記光反射パターンは、二列形成されており、一方の光反射パターンは、被読取物に対して垂直に光を、前記導光体の前記主走査方向に形成された一方の光出射領域から出射させ、他方の光反射パターンは、前記被読取物に対して傾斜した方向から光を、前記導光体の前記主走査方向に形成された他方の光出射領域から出射させ、
前記導光体は、円柱であり、前記主走査方向に延在する一方の凹部及び他方の凹部が形成され、
前記一方の凹部は、前記導光体の側面において、前記他方の光出射領域の前記一方の光出射領域と連続している部分と前記円柱の周方向において反対側で、前記他方の光出射領域と連続して形成され、

- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の照明装置を有するイメージセンサ装置であって、前記他方の光出射領域から出射した光が、前記被読取物で反射した光を結像する第2ロッドレンズアレイと、前記第2ロッドレンズアレイで結像された光を電気信号に変換する第2受光部とを備えたイメージセンサ装置。
