The technology disclosed herein relates to a wireless transmission device mounted on a vehicle and a vehicle.
In a vehicle development site, many sensors may be attached to various parts of the vehicle (see Patent Document 1). Since the sensor of
Patent Literature 2 proposes a technique for wirelessly communicating data acquired by a sensor to a data collection device. According to the technique of Patent Literature 2, the work of arranging the signal line between the sensor and the data collection device is not required.
If data is communicated wirelessly, high reliability is required for communication. For example, it is necessary not to be affected by noise generated in the vehicle. However, Patent Document 2 does not suggest a technique that meets these requirements.
It is an object of the technology disclosed herein to provide a wireless transmission device and a vehicle that are not easily affected by noise generated in a mounted vehicle.
In order to solve the above-described problems, one embodiment of the technology disclosed herein includes:
A wireless transmission device mounted on a vehicle driven by an engine,
A detection control unit that is attached to the vehicle and that is connected to a state detection unit that outputs state data indicating the state of the installation place and that obtains the state data output from the state detection unit,
A first antenna unit that emits a radio wave of a first frequency band of 900 MHz or more and 5.8 GHz or less;
A communication control unit that transmits the state data from the first antenna unit by the radio waves having a frequency included in the first frequency band;
It is provided with.
In a vehicle driven by an engine, noise having a frequency of about 100 MHz is normally radiated from the engine to the outside. On the other hand, in this aspect, the state data output from the state detection unit is transmitted from the first antenna unit as a radio wave of a frequency included in the first frequency band of 900 MHz or more and 5.8 GHz or less. Therefore, according to this aspect, there is an advantage that the state data transmitted from the first antenna unit is hardly affected by noise having a frequency of about 100 MHz radiated from the engine.
In the above aspect, for example, the first frequency band may be a frequency band of 900 MHz or more and 2.4 GHz or less.
In this aspect, radio waves in a frequency band of 900 MHz or more and 2.4 GHz or less are radiated from the first antenna unit. A radio wave in a frequency band of 2.4 GHz or less has a smaller attenuation width of a radio wave amplitude (that is, a radio wave intensity) than a radio wave in a frequency band higher than 2.4 GHz. Therefore, according to this aspect, the status data can be transmitted to a relatively long distance.
In the above aspect, for example, the first antenna unit may radiate the radio wave with a power of 3 mW or less. The second antenna unit that receives the radio wave radiated from the first antenna unit may be arranged in the vehicle.
In this aspect, radio waves are radiated from the first antenna unit with power of 3 mW or less. The second antenna unit that receives a radio wave radiated from the first antenna unit is disposed on the vehicle. Therefore, according to this aspect, since the distance between the first antenna unit and the second antenna unit is limited to the size of the vehicle or less, the second antenna unit can improve the radio wave radiated with the power of 3 mW or less. Can be received with various characteristics.
Other aspects of the technology disclosed herein include:
Said engine;
A first wireless transmission device designed as the wireless transmission device of the above aspect,
A second wireless transmission device designed as the wireless transmission device of the above aspect,
A first corrosion sensor attached as the state detection unit and wiredly connected to the detection control unit included in the first wireless transmission device;
A second corrosion sensor attached to the position different from the first corrosion sensor as the state detection unit and wiredly connected to the detection control unit included in the second wireless transmission device;
A second antenna unit that receives the status data transmitted from the first antenna unit of the first wireless transmission device and the first antenna unit of the second wireless transmission device, respectively;
A data collection device that is connected to the second antenna unit by wire and collects the status data transmitted from the first wireless transmission device and the second wireless transmission device,
It is provided with.
In this aspect, the first corrosion sensor attached as the state detection unit is connected to the detection control unit included in the first wireless transmission device by wire. The second corrosion sensor attached as a state detection unit at a position different from the first corrosion sensor is connected by wire to a detection control unit provided in the second wireless transmission device. The status data transmitted from the first antenna unit of the first wireless transmission device and the status data transmitted from the first antenna unit of the second wireless transmission device are received by the second antenna unit. Respective state data transmitted from the first wireless transmission device and the second wireless transmission device is collected by a data collection device wired and connected to the second antenna unit.
Therefore, according to this aspect, the data collection device can wirelessly collect the state data output from the first corrosion sensor and the second corrosion sensor. As a result, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to consider wiring of a vehicle between the first corrosion sensor and the second corrosion sensor and the data collection device.
In the above other aspect, for example, a third antenna unit that radiates a radio wave of a second frequency band of 400 MHz or less, and the radio wave of a frequency included in the second frequency band from the third antenna unit allows a user of the vehicle to use the radio wave. And transmitting a query signal to the portable key to be held, and when the third antenna unit receives a response signal to the query signal from the portable key, a vehicle control unit that controls the engine or a door of the vehicle. It may be further provided.
In this aspect, the third antenna unit emits a radio wave in the second frequency band of 400 MHz or less. On the other hand, the status data output from the status detection unit is transmitted from the first antenna unit by a radio wave of a first frequency band of 900 MHz or more and 5.8 GHz or less. Therefore, according to this aspect, there is an advantage that the state data transmitted from the first antenna unit and the inquiry signal transmitted from the third antenna unit do not interfere with each other.
According to this wireless transmission device, the state data output from the state detection unit is transmitted from the first antenna unit by radio waves in the first frequency band of 900 MHz or more and 5.8 GHz or less. The transmitted state data has an advantage that it is less susceptible to noise of a frequency of about 100 MHz radiated from the engine.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram schematically illustrating a configuration of a vehicle including the wireless transmission device according to the present embodiment. The
The

In FIG. 2, the mounting
Returning to FIG. 1, the
FIG. 5 is a schematic sectional view of the
The
In this embodiment, a general chip antenna is used as the
The
Each of the
The
Like the
The
The
An
The
Regarding air permeability, a large number of micro holes having a size that does not prevent the passage of a signal from the
Air in the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
A circuit that performs processing for outputting a signal from the
Returning to FIG. 1, the
As described above, the
The
The
The
The antenna unit 51 (an example of a second antenna unit) receives the detection data (corrosion data, temperature data, and humidity data in the present embodiment) of the
The
The
The
The
The

Each of the
FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are diagrams schematically showing mounting locations of the
The
Returning to FIG. 1, when a response signal from a portable key 70 held by a user approaching the
As described above, the
However, in the present embodiment, the
In the case of a radio wave near the frequency of 2.4 GHz as in the above-described embodiment, since the attenuation width of the radio wave intensity (amplitude) is small, the detection data can be transmitted from the
