Claims (7)
- 不十分に加水した状態のコンクリート混合物と、3〜10重量%のシリカ固形分を有し、コロイダルシリカを含む水性組成物とを、前記コンクリート混合物において、セメント43kg(1サック)に対して、前記コロイダルシリカが30mL(1液量オンス)〜1L(34液量オンス)に等しい比率にて調合して、加水コンクリートを提供する工程を含み、
前記コロイダルシリカは、5nm〜40nmの粒径を有し、
前記加水コンクリートは、最大8重量%の前記水性組成物分を有することを特徴とするコンクリートの混合方法。 - 前記コンクリート混合物を型枠内に打設する工程と、
前記コンクリート混合物を締固める工程と、を更に含む、請求項1に記載のコンクリートの混合方法。 - 前記コンクリート混合物を締固める工程は、均し機を使用する工程を更に含む、請求項2に記載のコンクリートの混合方法。
