Description
The present invention relates to a non-combustible decorative plate used on the surface of a building interior, exterior, furniture, joinery, vehicle interior, etc., and in particular, the surface feel and three-dimensionality by embossing which is a subsequent process. This is a technique suitable for a non-combustible decorative board in which irregularities capable of providing a surface are formed.
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for nonflammability for decorative panels used for interiors of houses such as walls and ceilings of buildings in order to ensure safety when a fire or the like occurs. As a decorative board with non-combustibility, a paper-based sheet on which a pattern is formed is laminated on a non-combustible base material, and then applied to or coated with a transparent resin paint on the non-combustible base material or non-combustible base material. A decorative board in which a synthetic resin base material layer on which a pattern and a surface protective layer are formed is known.
Moreover, as a decorative sheet affixed on a base material, there exists a decorative sheet as described in patent documents 1-3, for example. When this decorative sheet is used, a decorative board excellent in design can be provided.
Moreover, in order to provide designability, an unevenness | corrugation is also performed with respect to the surface of a decorative board by the press molding by heating high pressure.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a decorative board having good non-flammability and good embossing property imparted in a subsequent process.
In order to solve the problem, one embodiment of the present invention is a non-combustible decorative board in which a decorative sheet is provided on the surface of a non-combustible base material, the decorative sheet comprising a base material layer made of a synthetic resin, and the base material A pattern printing layer formed on the layer and a surface protective layer formed on the pattern printing layer, and the substrate layer is made of a polybutylene terephthalate resin and the substrate The thickness of the layer is 60 μm or less, the surface protective layer has at least two layers of a first coat layer and a second coat layer formed thereon, and the surface protective layer is dried. It is characterized by being 10 g / m 2 or less in the state.
Examples of the incombustible substrate include megaboard, die light, and aluminum plate.
Here, the nonflammability of the decorative board of the present invention is based on the corn calorie combustion test based on ISO5660-1, and when the total calorific value with respect to time and the heat generation rate with respect to time of the noncombustible decorative board are obtained, (i) The total calorific value for 20 minutes after the start of heating is 8 MJ / m 2 or less, (ii) 20 minutes after the start of heating, the maximum heat generation rate continues for 10 seconds or more and does not exceed 200 kW / m 2 , and (iii) the heating It is non-flammable that satisfies the absence of cracks and holes penetrating to the rear side, which is harmful to fire prevention, for 20 minutes after the start.
According to the aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a non-combustible decorative board that has non-combustibility and can be formed with good embossing even if embossing is performed later.
Here, the decorative sheet used for building materials is generally composed of a resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene. However, these decorative sheets have a problem that they have a high calorific value, and there is a possibility that nonflammability cannot be ensured.
As a method of reducing the calorific value, it is conceivable to make a decorative sheet thin, but the thinned resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene is easy to stretch, and when an acrylic coating is applied on the resin, curing shrinkage, shrinkage due to heat There is a risk that the production of the decorative sheet may be difficult.
In contrast, in the present invention, a polybutylene terephthalate-based base material layer (base material sheet) is employed. A polybutyl terephthalate decorative sheet is difficult to stretch even if it is thinned, and is hardly affected by curing shrinkage and heat. Also in the stamping molding, it has excellent heat resistance and good mold following ability.

Here, if the mass ratio is smaller than 30:70, that is, the amount of the acrylic rubber is too small, excellent nonflammability cannot be obtained, and bending workability is deteriorated. On the other hand, if the mass ratio is larger than 60:40, that is, the amount of the acrylic rubber is too large, it is difficult to form the
By including acrylic rubber, excellent bending workability can be obtained.

Here, the inventors have confirmed the following and arrived at the present invention.
That is, when the particle size of the gloss adjusting agent is reduced to 3 μm or less, white turbidity in the
Moreover, although it discovered that there was an effect of cloudiness, so that there were many 1st granular particles, since it also confirmed that only the 1st granular particle glossed too much, from a viewpoint of performing desired gloss adjustment, it is relative. Also contained second granular particles having a large particle size. However, it mix | blends so that the 1st granular particle may increase. Furthermore, it is preferable to set the blending ratio of the first granular particles and the second granular particles in the range of 6: 4 to 8: 2. Here, it is preferable in terms of design that a gloss adjusting agent is added so that the gloss of the mat portion is about 3 to 5 in terms of the reflection gloss coefficient.
Here, it is preferable that the oil absorption rate of the first granular particles is relatively higher than the oil absorption rate of the second granular particles.
Oil absorption is realizable by using porous, that is, porous granular particles. The oil absorption rate increases as the aperture ratio per unit area increases.
And when the inventors confirmed, since it confirmed that the one where the oil absorption rate of a 1st granular particle is relatively higher than the oil absorption rate of a 2nd granular particle has contributed to white turbidity prevention, it is said. It was prescribed as follows.
The
Examples of the reactive silicone resin include materials having a silicon skeleton in the main chain, silicone oil used for a mold release agent, etc., and in particular, the side chain has a silicon skeleton in terms of contamination resistance. UV effect acrylate resins are preferred. If the content of the reactive silicone resin is less than 10 parts by mass, the stain resistance tends to deteriorate, and if it exceeds 50 parts by mass, problems such as poor adhesion to the

The polyfunctional (meth) acrylate is not particularly limited as long as it is a (meth) acrylate having two or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds in the molecule. Specifically, ethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, propylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, 1,4-butanediol di (meth) acrylate, 1,6-hexanediol di (meth) acrylate, neopentyl glycol di (meta) ) Acrylate, polyethylene glycol di (meth) acrylate, hydroxypivalate neopentyl glycol di (meth) acrylate, dicyclopentanyl di (meth) acrylate, caprolactone-modified dicyclopentenyl di (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide-modified phosphate di ( (Meth) acrylate, allylated cyclohexyl di (meth) acrylate, isocyanurate di (meth) acrylate, trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide modified trimethylo Propane tri (meth) acrylate, dipentaerythritol tri (meth) acrylate, propionic acid modified dipentaerythritol tri (meth) acrylate, pentaerythritol tri (meth) acrylate, propylene oxide modified trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, tris ( Acryloxyethyl) isocyanurate, propionic acid modified dipentaerythritol penta (meth) acrylate, dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, ethylene oxide modified dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, caprolactone modified dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate, etc. Is mentioned. One of these polyfunctional (meth) acrylates may be used alone, or two or more thereof may be used in combination.
Along with the polyfunctional (meth) acrylate, a monofunctional (meth) acrylate can be appropriately used in combination as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired for the purpose of reducing the viscosity. These monofunctional (meth) acrylates may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
Examples of the polymerizable oligomer include oligomers having radically polymerizable unsaturated groups in the molecule, such as epoxy (meth) acrylate, urethane (meth) acrylate, polyester (meth) acrylate, and polyether (meth) acrylate. Can be mentioned. Here, the epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer can be obtained, for example, by reacting (meth) acrylic acid with an oxirane ring of a relatively low molecular weight bisphenol type epoxy resin or novolak type epoxy resin and esterifying it. . Further, a carboxyl-modified epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer obtained by partially modifying this epoxy (meth) acrylate oligomer with a dibasic carboxylic acid anhydride can also be used. The urethane (meth) acrylate oligomer can be obtained, for example, by esterifying a polyurethane oligomer obtained by reaction of polyether polyol or polyester polyol and polyisocyanate with (meth) acrylic acid. Examples of polyester (meth) acrylate oligomers include esterification of hydroxyl groups of polyester oligomers having hydroxyl groups at both ends obtained by condensation of polycarboxylic acid and polyhydric alcohol with (meth) acrylic acid, It can be obtained by esterifying the terminal hydroxyl group of an oligomer obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to a carboxylic acid with (meth) acrylic acid. The polyether (meth) acrylate oligomer can be obtained by esterifying the hydroxyl group of the polyether polyol with (meth) acrylic acid.
Other polymerizable oligomers include polybutadiene (meth) acrylate oligomers with high hydrophobicity that have (meth) acrylate groups in the side chains of polybutadiene oligomers, silicone (meth) acrylate oligomers with polysiloxane bonds in the main chain, small Aminoplast resin (meth) acrylate oligomer modified by aminoplast resin with many reactive groups in the molecule, or novolak type epoxy resin, bisphenol type epoxy resin, aliphatic vinyl ether, aromatic vinyl ether, etc. There are oligomers having a polymerizable functional group.

<Contamination-resistant thin film coating resin layer>
The contamination-resistant thin film coating resin layer is composed of a contamination-resistant material having a layer thickness of 0.5 to 1.5 μm. Although it does not specifically limit as resin used for an antifouling thin film coating resin layer, A blocked isocyanate hardening type urethane system resin is used suitably. If the layer thickness is less than 0.5 μm, a sufficient anti-contamination effect cannot be obtained, and if the layer thickness is more than 1.5 μm, the three-dimensional effect and the design are impaired.
<Back primer layer>
The back primer layer may not be provided.
However, the decorative sheet 1 is used by being attached (laminated) to the surface of various base materials such as a non-combustible base material and an inorganic base material. For example, an appropriate adhesive such as urethane or vinyl acetate is used. At this time, depending on the material of the base material layer 10 (for example, when it is an olefin resin film), the adhesiveness with the general adhesive for laminating may be insufficient. In such a case, it is preferable to provide a back primer layer made of a resin composition excellent in adhesiveness with a general laminating adhesive on the back surface of the

Here, incombustibility is a specification in which each test specimen satisfies the following criteria as a result of the following heating test.
(1) The total calorific value for 20 minutes after the start of heating is 8 MJ / m 2 or less.
(2) There should be no cracks or holes penetrating to the back side, which is harmful to fire prevention, for 20 minutes after the start of heating.
(3) The maximum heat generation rate does not exceed 200 kW / m 2 continuously for 10 seconds or more for 20 minutes after the start of heating.

Here, stamping molding is confirmed when, for example, a corrugated mold with a height difference of 2 mm is set in a high-pressure press machine and compressed at a high pressure of 30 kg / m 2 for 45 seconds while being heated at 100 ° C. from the upper and lower heat sources. It is a thing.
Moreover, when it forms with a urethane type coating film, there exists a problem that a gloss change and mold separation worsen at about 90 degreeC. For this reason, when the

"Surface gloss measurement"
The 60 ° surface glossiness was measured according to JIS Z 8741: 1997 “Specular Glossiness—Measurement Method”.
The measurement was performed so that the positions of the pattern patterns in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were the same for each sample, and measurement was performed at 10 positions to obtain an average value.
However, no significant difference was detected in the glossiness from the measurement results.
"Measurement of color difference"
Based on the L * a * b * color system (International Lighting Commission ICE1976), the color difference meter CR-300 was measured using a measuring head aperture of 80 mmφ.
The measurement was performed so that the positions of the pattern patterns in Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were the same for each sample, and measurement was performed at 10 positions to obtain an average value.
However, no significant difference was detected in the color difference from the measurement results.
"Visual appearance sensory test"
Ten samples were visually confirmed for each sample.
Evaluation was as follows.
○ Almost no turbidity Pass △ The cloudiness can be slightly grasped. Pass × Cloudy. The evaluation results for both Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 were “◯”.
Here, in Example 1, the C type silica having a particle size of 3 to 4 μm was excluded to increase the A type silica, but when the C type silica was mixed at the same ratio as the A type, Unlike Example 1, it was confirmed that white turbidity occurred as much as possible. Even in this case, it has been confirmed that white turbidity can be slightly suppressed by reducing the amount of silicone having a dispersion rate of 60% or less. On the other hand, in Example 1, white turbidity was suppressed without reducing the amount of silicone having the effect of stain resistance.
Here, in Example 1, the blend of A type silica and B type silica was adjusted to 2: 1, but when the blend of A type silica and B type silica was 6: 4, Even in the case of 8: 2, it was confirmed that the cloudiness was greatly suppressed as compared with the case of mixing C type silica.
