Description
Claims (14)
- (i)カートリッジカバー(1)と、(ii)ペンキャップ(PC)と、(iii)同心円状に配置された内側本体(IB)および外側本体(OB)とを備える流体送達ペンであり、前記カートリッジカバー(1)は流体(6)を包含するカートリッジ(2)を備え、前記内側本体(IB)は用量送達のための駆動機構を備え、前記駆動機構は中空ピストンロッド(30)と、駆動軸(31)を回転させるための少なくとも1つの駆動手段と、駆動軸キー溝(DSK)とを備え、前記中空ピストンロッド(30)はその内表面にらせん状ねじ山(37)を有し、前記駆動軸(31)はその外表面にらせん状リブ(36)を有し、前記ピストンロッド(30)の前記らせん状ねじ山(37)は、前記駆動軸(31)の前記らせん状リブ(36)と接合してねじ山接続を形成し、前記外側本体(OB)に対して基端方向において軸方向に抑制され、前記流体送達ペンは用量設定機構をさらに備え、前記用量設定機構は、同心円状に配置された(i)用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)と、(ii)クラッチチューブ(CT)と、(iii)サムパッド(TP)とを備え、前記クラッチチューブ(CT)は前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)の内側に位置し、前記クラッチチューブ(CT)はその基端部に1方向ラチェット(CT1)を備え、前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)およびクラッチチューブ(CT)は前記内側本体(IB)と前記外側本体(OB)との間に位置し、前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)はその内表面にラチェット歯(DDT10)を備える、流体送達ペンであって、前記用量設定機構はラチェットキャップ(50)をさらに備え、前記ラチェットキャップ(50)は1方向ラチェット(51)および1方向ラチェット歯(52)を備え、1方向ラチェット(51)の前記ラチェット歯(DDT10)との接合は、上向きの用量設定の際により高いクリック音を生じ、1方向ラチェット歯(52)の1方向ラチェット(CT1)との接合は、下向きの用量設定の際により低いクリック音を生じ、前記ラチェットキャップ(50)は、前記クラッチチューブ(CT)と前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)との間に、サムパッド(TP)より基端側のそれらの基端部に向かって位置する、ことを特徴とする、流体送達ペン。
- 前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の基端部分の基端部から前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の基端部分の末端部まで延在する円形の開口部は、軸穿孔(54)を形成する、請求項1に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の基端部分の末端部内表面は、走行表面(56)を形成する、請求項2に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の末端部分の末端部は、駆動面(RC4)を形成する、請求項1に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の前記駆動面(RC4)は、前記クラッチチューブ(CT)の駆動ショルダー(CT6)と接合し、前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の外部リブ(RC5)は、前記駆動面(RC4)より基端側に位置する、請求項4に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の前記外部リブ(RC5)は、前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)の用量ダイヤルノブアンダーカット(DDT7)と接合し、用量ダイヤルノブアンダーカット(DDT7)より基端側の前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)の内表面に、噛み合い歯(DDT8)が設けられる、請求項5に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 用量送達の間、前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)の前記噛み合い歯(DDT8)は、前記クラッチチューブ(CT)の噛み合い歯(CT5)と接合し、用量設定の間、前記用量ダイヤルチューブ(DDT)の前記噛み合い歯(DDT8)は、前記クラッチチューブ(CT)の前記噛み合い歯(CT5)と係合しない、請求項6に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記サムパッド(TP)の円筒形の軸ピン(TP2)は、前記サムパッド(TP)の中央の基端内表面に設けられ、前記サムパッド(TP)の前記軸ピン(TP2)の基端部は、末端部よりも直径が大きい、請求項1に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記サムパッド(TP)のクリップ歯(TP1)は、前記サムパッド(TP)の内周表面に設けられる、請求項8に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記軸ピン(TP2)の基端部および末端部は、回転ベアリング(TP5a、TP5b)を形成する、請求項8に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の保持リブ(RC6)の上に前記サムパッドのクリップ歯(TP1)を嵌合することによって、前記サムパッド(TP)のクリップ歯(TP1)は、前記ラチェットキャップ(50)内に保持される、請求項9に記載の流体送達ペン。
- サムパッド(TP)の円筒形の軸ピン(TP2)は、前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の軸穿孔(54)内に整列する、請求項8に記載の流体送達ペン。
- 前記サムパッド(TP)の回転ベアリング(TP5a、TP5b)は、前記ラチェットキャップ(50)の回転ベアリング(58、59)と接合する、請求項10に記載の流体送達ペン。
- (i)前記中空ピストンロッド(30)の回転防止ラグ(PR1)およびロックアウト表面(PR3)と、(ii)前記内側本体(IB)の回転防止チャネル(IB7)および最終用量ストップ(IB5)とを備える最終用量機構をさらに備え、前記ロックアウト表面(PR3)と前記最終用量ストップ(IB5)との接合によって、中空ピストンロッド(30)の線形変位を防ぎ、前記カートリッジ(2)内の前記流体(6)の終了を示し、前記内側本体の基端部から末端部に、回転防止チャネル(IB7)が走っていて、前記中空ピストンロッド(30)の外表面に基端部に向けて、回転防止ラグ(PR1)が設けられ、前記中空ピストンロッド(30)の外表面に、ロックアウト表面(PR3)が設けられる、請求項1に記載の流体送達ペン。
