Description
The present invention relates to a work machine having a cooler such as a radiator.
A work machine such as a construction machine includes an engine, a cooler such as a radiator, and a fan that sends air to the cooler. As shown in FIG. 10, a general work machine has a structure in which a
Therefore, in the work machine described in
In the configuration of
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and in a configuration in which the engine and the cooler are housed in separate rooms, the air volume in the housing room in which the engine is housed and fan power increase are increased. An object of the present invention is to provide a work machine capable of coexistence with restraint.
In order to solve the above problems, a work machine of the present invention includes a casing having a first storage chamber, a second storage chamber, and a partition partitioning the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber. The engine housed in the first housing chamber, the cooler housed in the second housing chamber and having a configuration capable of cooling a cooling medium that cools the engine, and housed in the second housing chamber, A fan for generating wind to be supplied to the cooler, the fan being disposed downstream of the cooler in a direction in which the wind flows, the partition including the first storage chamber and the fan An opening that communicates with the second storage chamber is formed, and the opening is located downstream of the cooler in the direction in which the wind flows so that the fan sucks the air in the first storage chamber through the opening. And upstream of the fan Is formed in a location, in the width direction of the casing, wherein the cooler is positioned so as not to overlap in the engine, the second housing chamber, in the longitudinal direction of the casing, from the first storage chamber Is arranged on the front side, and in the front-rear direction, the rear end portion of the cooler is located on the rear side of the front end of the first storage chamber located on the front side of the engine. To do.
According to the present invention, in a configuration in which an engine, a cooler, and a fan are housed in separate housing chambers, wind that cools the engine using the suction force of the fan (hereinafter referred to as engine cooling air) is efficiently generated. There is a feature in the point. That is, the opening formed in the partition wall that partitions the first storage chamber in which the engine is stored and the second storage chamber in which the cooler and the fan are stored has the fan sucking the air in the first storage chamber through the opening. Thus, it is formed at a position downstream of the cooler and upstream (suction side) of the fan. Accordingly, the air in the first storage chamber in which the engine is stored is sucked out to the upstream side of the fan through the opening of the partition wall by the driving force of the fan, thereby generating engine cooling air in the first storage chamber. It is possible. That is, in this configuration, the engine cooling air is generated by the driving force of the fan (in other words, the suction force). Compared with the case where cooling air is generated, the engine cooling air in the first accommodation chamber can be efficiently secured. As a result, it is possible to ensure the air volume in the first storage chamber in which the engine is stored, thereby suppressing an increase in fan power.
Moreover, according to said structure, it is located so that a cooler may not overlap with an engine in the width direction of a casing, and a 2nd storage chamber is the front side rather than a 1st storage chamber in the front-back direction of a casing. The rear end portion of the cooler is located behind the front end of the first storage chamber located on the front side of the engine in the front-rear direction. Therefore, even if the cooler is large, it is possible to suppress an increase in the length of the entire work machine in the front-rear direction.
Moreover, it is preferable to further include a shroud that covers the periphery of the space between the cooler and the fan, and the shroud has a communication hole that communicates with the opening of the partition wall.
According to this configuration, the air introduced from the first storage chamber in which the engine is stored into the second storage chamber through the opening of the partition wall is a communication hole of the shroud that covers the periphery of the space between the cooler and the fan. By being reliably introduced into the shroud through, it is reliably guided to the upstream side of the fan. As a result, the cooling air in the first storage chamber can be more efficiently secured.
Further, the shroud is preferably disposed adjacent to the partition so that the opening of the partition and the communication hole of the shroud overlap.
According to such a configuration, parts such as a hose for connecting the opening of the partition wall and the communication hole of the shroud are not required, and an increase in resistance to air flow between the opening and the communication hole can be suppressed.
Further, the casing has an intake port for introducing air outside the casing into the second storage chamber, and an exhaust port for discharging air from the second storage chamber to the outside. The cooler, the fan, and the exhaust port are arranged side by side along the central axis of the fan, and the opening is arranged at a position shifted from the central axis and upstream of the fan. It is preferable.
According to this configuration, by driving the fan, air passes through the central axis of the fan in the order of the intake port, the cooler, the fan, and the exhaust port in a linear manner. Since it flows, it becomes possible to suppress an increase in flow resistance due to a change in the direction of air flow. Therefore, even if the driving force of the fan is small, it is possible to efficiently supply air to the cooler and perform efficient cooling of the cooler. At the same time, when the air from the first storage chamber is introduced to the upstream side of the fan in the second storage chamber through the opening formed at a position shifted from the central axis of the fan, the air flow for cooling the cooler is reduced. It is possible to introduce smoothly while suppressing the influence.
As described above, according to the work machine of the present invention, in the configuration in which the engine and the cooler are housed in separate rooms, securing the air volume in the housing room in which the engine is housed and suppressing the increase in fan power can be achieved. It can be compatible.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the work machine of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.

The
The
The
In the
In the
The
In the
The
In such a
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 , the
The
The
The
In the work machine configured as described above, an
At the same time, in the
In the present embodiment, when the air flow in the
It has been confirmed by computer simulation and the like that the air flows in the
Further, in the working machine shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment, as a comparative example, a conventionally known general working machine (that is, the
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the work machine according to the present embodiment operates the
Δ=60Log10((100−17)/100)=4.9dB (1)
Furthermore, in the working machine shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment, the noise of the
Δ = 60 Log 10 ((100−17) / 100) = 4.9 dB (1)
Here, a large amount of cooling air is required to cool the
Therefore, as a result of performing the acoustic analysis on the engine noise, if the graph showing the noise level for each frequency shown in FIG. 6 (that is, the sound power level: PWL) is seen, the work machine shown in FIG. In (curve I), it can be seen that engine noise is reduced in a wide band of 200 Hz or higher as compared with the case of the working machine shown in FIG. 10 of the comparative example (curve II). Further, as in the graph shown in FIG. 7, the acoustic power radiated around the work machine is shown in FIG. 10 of the comparative example in the case of the work machine shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment (bar I). It can be seen that it can be reduced by about 3 dB compared to the working machine (bar II).
Further, in the work machine shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment, the cooling efficiency of the

Moreover, in the working machine of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, in the work machine of the present embodiment, the
(2)

The work machine of this embodiment includes a
(3)

In the work machine of the present embodiment , the
(5)

In the work machine of the present embodiment, the
(Modification)
In the work machine of the above-described embodiment, the
Specifically, in the modification shown in FIG. 8, the
