Claims (7)
- 二酸化ケイ素含有量が45%以上であり、45μmふるい残分が70%以下、比表面積が1500cm2/g以上、強熱減量5%以下からなるJIS規格のフライアッシュとする原料に発泡剤と亜鉛粉末を湿式混練し、前記湿式混練したものをプレス形成させた後に、前記発泡剤が発泡する温度以上で前記プレス形成されたものを熱処理することを特徴とする独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
- 500μm目開きの篩にて通過した二酸化ケイ素含有量が45%以上である粉末岩石、土壌および石炭灰とする原料の少なくとも一方の材料に発泡剤と亜鉛粉末を湿式混練し、前記湿式混練したものをプレス形成させた後に、前記発泡剤が発泡する温度以上で前記プレス形成されたものを熱処理することを特徴とする独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
- 請求項1記載のフライアッシュと、請求項2記載の原料の少なくとも一方を混合させた材料に発泡剤と亜鉛粉末を湿式混練し、前記湿式混練したものをプレス形成させた後に、前記発泡剤が発泡する温度以上で前記プレス形成されたものを熱処理することを特徴とする独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
- 前記発泡剤が炭化ケイ素であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3記載の独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
- 前記発泡剤の重量%が0.25%以上10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3記載の独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
- 前記亜鉛粉末の重量%が0.5%以上10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3記載の独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
- 前記温度範囲が1210℃以上1300℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3記載の独立発泡タイルの製造方法。
