Description

前記大腿骨コンポーネントの前記本体の内側に配置された高多孔質構造体と、
前記大腿骨コンポーネントと骨の間の境界面として配置された多孔質構造体と
を備え、EBMビーム粉体技術又はレーザービーム粉体技術を用いて提供される前記大腿骨コンポーネントによって達成される。
セメントを用いる人工膝関節用大腿骨コンポーネントであって、
内外方向又は長手方向の補強部及び前記補強部に隣接する位置にある軽量部を有する前記大腿骨コンポーネントの支持構造物を画定するように適合されている前記大腿骨コンポーネントの本体と、
前記本体の内側に配置された高多孔質構造体と、
前記多孔質コンポーネントを覆って配置され、骨との境界面を画定するようになっている実質的に滑らかな構造体と
を備え、EBMビーム粉体技術又はレーザービーム粉体技術を用いて提供される前記大腿骨コンポーネントによっても達成される。

Claims (6)
- セメントレス人工膝関節用大腿骨コンポーネント(1)であって、
内外方向又は腹背方向に延びる複数の***部を有する前記大腿骨コンポーネントの支持構造物を画定する前記大腿骨コンポーネントの本体(2)と、
前記大腿骨コンポーネントの前記本体の隣接する前記***部の間に配置された高多孔質構造体(3)と、
骨との境界面を画定するように配置された多孔質構造体(4)と
を備え、EBMビーム粉体技術又はレーザービーム粉体技術を用いて提供される大腿骨コンポーネント(1)。 - セメントを用いる人工膝関節用大腿骨コンポーネント(1)であって、
内外方向又は腹背方向に延びる複数の***部を有する前記大腿骨コンポーネントの支持構造物を画定するように適合されている前記大腿骨コンポーネントの本体(2)と、
前記本体の隣接する前記***部の間に配置された高多孔質構造体(3)と、
前記高多孔質構造体を覆って配置され、骨との境界面を画定するようになっている実質的に滑らかな構造体(5)と
を備え、EBMビーム粉体技術又はレーザービーム粉体技術を用いて提供される大腿骨コンポーネント。 - 前記大腿骨コンポーネントと前記骨の間の境界面として配置された前記多孔質構造体(4)は、300から1000マイクロメートルの間で構成された多孔性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨コンポーネント。
- 前記骨とセメントを用いずに係合するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の大腿骨コンポーネント。
- 前記骨とセメントを用いて係合するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の大腿骨コンポーネント。
- 前記高多孔質構造体(3)は、1000マイクロメートルより大きい多孔性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の大腿骨コンポーネント。
