Claims (17)
- 車両(2)のためのドライブトレイン(1)であって、
‐前記車両(2)を駆動又は牽引するための電気機械(6)と、
‐エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)、蒸発器(17)、コンデンサ(18)、及び膨張弁(16)を備えた、前記車両(2)の内部空間(5)を冷房するための冷却サイクル(14)と、
‐前記エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)を機械的に駆動するための駆動ユニットと、
を備え、
前記車両(2)を駆動又は牽引するための前記電気機械(6)は、機械的なコンプレッサ結合手段(20)によって、前記エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)と機械的に結合される、
ドライブトレイン(1)において、
前記冷却サイクル(14)は、前記電気機械(6)のためのパワーエレクトロニクス(12)の領域内に配置された補助蒸発器(42)を備え、前記補助蒸発器(42)により前記パワーエレクトロニクス(12)を冷却することを特徴とする、
ドライブトレイン(1)。 - 前記機械的なコンプレッサ結合手段(20)は、コンプレッサ‐クラッチ(21)を備え、前記電気機械(6)と前記エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)との間の前記機械的な結合を有効化及び無効化させることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記機械的なコンプレッサ結合手段(20)は、コンプレッサ軸(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記ドライブトレイン(1)は、前記電気機械(6)と少なくとも1つの駆動輪(44)とを機械的に結合するための機械的な駆動結合手段(23)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記機械的な駆動結合手段(23)は、機械的な歯車装置(24)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記電気機械(6)と、前記歯車装置(24)と、前記エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)と、前記コンプレッサ結合手段(20)と、前記機械的な駆動結合手段(23)と、前記電気機械(6)のためのパワーエレクトロニクス(12)とは、まとめられて1つのアセンブリ(27)となっていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記電気機械(6)と、前記歯車装置(24)と、前記エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)と、前記コンプレッサ結合手段(20)と、前記機械的な駆動結合手段(23)と、前記電気機械(6)のための前記パワーエレクトロニクス(12)とは、1つ又は複数の部分から成る共通のハウジング(28)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記機械的な駆動結合手段(23)は、駆動軸(25)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記機械的な駆動結合手段(23)は、駆動クラッチ(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記駆動クラッチ(26)が切断されてコンプレッサ‐クラッチ(21)が接続された際には、前記電気機械(6)の機械的エネルギーによって前記エアコン用コンプレッサ(19)のみが駆動されうることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記ドライブトレイン(1)は、前記電気機械(6)を冷却するための液圧的な冷却回路(34)を備え、前記冷却回路(34)は、冷却液を通すための冷却管路(35)と、循環ポンプ(36)と、前記電気機械(6)から前記冷却液へと熱を伝えるための電気機械熱媒体(37)と、前記冷却液から周囲空気へと熱を伝えるための周囲空気熱媒体(38)と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項又は複数に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記冷却回路(34)には、前記冷却液から、前記車両(2)の前記内部空間(5)へと導入される空気へと熱を伝えるための加熱熱媒体(40)が組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記電気機械(6)の開ループ制御及び/又は閉ループ制御は、パワーエレクトロニクス(12)を用いて、前記電気機械(6)の所定の一定の回転数及び一定の回転トルクの際に、以下の趣旨で変更され、即ち、前記電気機械(6)により放出される廃熱が、前記車両(2)の前記内部空間(5)へと導入される前記空気を加熱するための前記電気機械(6)からの十分な廃熱を獲得するために変更可能であるという趣旨で、変更されうることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記電気機械(6)により放出される廃熱が、前記車両(2)の前記内部空間(5)へと導入される前記空気を加熱するための前記電気機械(6)からの十分な廃熱を獲得するために増大可能であるという趣旨で、変更されうることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のドライブトレイン。
- 内燃機関(45)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記電気機械(6)に電気エネルギーを供給するための電池(13)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
- 前記車両(2)は、電気自動車(3)又はハイブリッド自動車(4)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(1)。
