Claims (5)
- 操作されてシフト位置が変更されるシフト体と、
前記シフト体が回動可能に支持されるハウジングと、
前記シフト体に支持され、前記シフト体に付勢力を作用させると共に、前記シフト体に対し付勢方向に交差する方向に変位可能にされる付勢手段と、
前記ハウジングに移動不能に設けられる保持部材と、
前記保持部材に設けられ、前記付勢手段が配置されることで前記シフト体がシフト位置に保持される保持路と、
前記保持部材に設けられ、前記付勢手段が前記保持路から移動されることで前記シフト体のシフト位置への保持が解除される解除路と、
所定の機会に前記付勢手段を移動させることで前記付勢手段が前記保持路から前記解除路に前記シフト体に対し変位されて前記解除路において前記シフト体と共に移動された後に前記解除路から前記保持路に前記シフト体に対し変位されて前記シフト体のシフト位置が変更される変更手段と、
を備えたシフト装置。 - 操作されてシフト位置が変更されるシフト体と、
前記シフト体に付勢力を作用させる付勢手段と、
凹状の保持部が複数設けられ、前記付勢手段が前記保持部に配置されることで前記シフト体がシフト位置に保持される保持路と、
前記保持部の底面と面一にされて前記保持部の底面から滑らかに連続される解除面が設けられ、前記付勢手段が前記保持部から前記解除面に移動されることで前記シフト体のシフト位置への保持が解除される解除路と、
所定の機会に前記付勢手段と前記保持路及び前記解除路との少なくとも一方を移動させることで前記付勢手段が前記保持部から前記解除面に移動されて前記解除面において移動された後に前記解除面から前記保持部に移動されて前記シフト体のシフト位置が変更される変更手段と、
を備えたシフト装置。 - 前記変更手段に設けられ、付勢力により前記付勢手段を前記保持路から前記解除路に移動させる解除付勢手段を備えた請求項1又は請求項2記載のシフト装置。
- 前記保持路と前記解除路とを隣接させると共に平行に配置する請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載のシフト装置。
- 前記保持路及び前記解除路の少なくとも一方によって移動を制限され、前記シフト体に係合されることで前記シフト体の操作が規制されて前記シフト体のシフト位置の変更が規制される規制部材を備えた請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項記載のシフト装置。
