Description
The present invention relates to a resistive film type touch panel, and more particularly to a touch panel having design printing for giving decorativeness when viewed from the operation surface side.
In an electronic device using a touch panel, there is an increasing demand for enhancing the design of the appearance as viewed from the operation surface side of the touch panel. On the other hand, there is a high demand for cost reduction. As means for satisfying these two requirements, a configuration in which design printing is performed on the upper transparent electrode substrate of a transparent touch panel has been proposed.
For example, in cited
According to the invention according to the cited
The configuration of the cited
However, in such a configuration, it is actually very difficult to match the color tone of the
This invention is made | formed in view of such a subject, Comprising: It aims at providing the resistive touch panel with the high design property excellent in the uniformity of the color tone of design printing. Another object of the present invention is to provide a resistive touch panel that does not cause a malfunction even when it is pressed with a relatively strong force or when the range of the design print portion is pressed. To do.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a resistive touch panel according to the present invention includes a first transparent electrode base material having a first transparent conductive layer formed on one surface, and a second transparent conductive layer on one surface. The first transparent electrode substrate and the first transparent electrode substrate are formed so that the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer are opposed to each other by a frame-shaped bonding layer. A resistive film type touch panel formed by laminating two transparent electrode base materials, wherein the first transparent electrode base material has a light-shielding conductive layer formed in a frame shape on the first transparent conductive layer; A pair of first electrodes disposed on the light-shielding conductive layer along a direction parallel to one side of the light-shielding conductive layer, and at least a part of the first electrode on the light-shielding conductive layer And an insulating layer formed in a frame shape, and the second transparent electrode substrate is a front end of the first electrode. A pair of second electrodes arranged to face a portion exposed from the insulating layer, a connection terminal for inputting / outputting an electric signal, the connection terminal, and the second electrode are connected to each other. A portion of the first electrode exposed from the insulating layer and the second electrode are in contact with each other and are conductive.
In the first transparent electrode substrate, since the light-shielding conductive layer is formed in a frame shape on the first transparent conductive layer, only the frame-shaped light-shielding conductive layer is visible when viewed from the operation surface side. The inside of the frame of the light-shielding conductive layer is transparent, and the display by the display device disposed by being laminated with the resistive
In the resistive touch panel according to the present invention, the insulating layer may be formed so as to cover the light-shielding conductive layer.
In the resistive touch panel, the electrode substrate located on the operation surface side bends as the pressing operation is performed, and the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer are in contact with each other in the pressed operation. Based on this, the pressing operation position is specified. When the
In the resistive touch panel according to the present invention, the insulating layer is transparent and may be formed to extend inside the light-shielding conductive layer.
In the above-described configuration in which the light-shielding conductive layer is covered with the insulating layer, the insulating layer is made transparent and then formed to extend inside the light-shielding conductive layer without affecting the visibility. It is preferable at the point which can prevent reliably that a light-shielding conductive layer (1st transparent conductive layer) and a 2nd transparent conductive layer contact.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the resistive film
A

The first plate-
The first transparent
The light-shielding
The
The first insulating

The 2nd plate-shaped
The second transparent
Similar to the
Similar to the
The
Similar to the
Of the
Note that the
The second insulating
In the state where the first
According to the
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of the
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the light-shielding
Further, even when the peripheral portion of the transparent portion in the range of the light-shielding
In the second embodiment, the first insulating
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of the
The third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the first insulating
