Description

ソリッドステート照明装置と、
前記第1端部の接続ピンに電気的に接続される安全回路とを有する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスであって、
前記安全回路が、クリアランス距離(clearance distance)を供給する、電気的に又は機械的に制御される絶縁スイッチと、電子スイッチとを有する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスを提供する。

整流器回路であって、前記第2端部の前記ピンが前記整流器回路に電気的に接続される整流器回路と、
前記整流器回路の出力によって給電される照明ドライバ回路と、

前記第1端部の接続ピンに電気的に接続される安全回路とを有する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスであって、
前記安全回路が、クリアランス距離を供給する、機械的に作動される絶縁スイッチと、電気又は電子スイッチとを有する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスを提供する。
電子蛍光灯安定器と、
前記蛍光灯安定器に取り付けられる、上で規定したようなデバイスとを有する照明器具も提供する。
Claims (9)
- 高周波信号を受信する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスであり、
細長い軸、並びに各端部が2つの突出電気接続ピンを含む反対側の第1及び第2端部を有する管状ハウジングと、
前記第1端部の接続ピンと前記第2端部の接続ピンとの間に電気的に結合される安全回路とを有する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスであって、
前記安全回路が、
クリアランス距離を供給する、電気的に又は機械的に制御される絶縁スイッチと、
前記スイッチと直列に接続されるトライアックと、
トライアックゲート制御回路とを有し、前記トライアックゲート制御回路が、高周波検出始動回路を有し、前記高周波検出始動回路が、前記トライアックの端子間に高周波電圧が存在するときに前記トライアックを閉じるためのRCフィルタ回路を有する管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。 - 整流器回路であって、前記第2端部の前記ピンが前記整流器回路に電気的に接続される整流器回路と、
前記整流器回路の出力によって給電される照明ドライバ回路と、
ソリッドステート照明装置とを更に有する請求項1に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。 - 前記第1端部の前記ピンが、直列抵抗器構成を含む第1フィラメントエミュレーション回路を介して前記安全回路に電気的に接続され、前記第2端部の前記ピンが、直列抵抗器構成を含む第2フィラメントエミュレーション回路を介して前記整流器回路に電気的に接続される請求項2に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。
- 前記電気的に制御される絶縁スイッチが、電気リレーを有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。
- 前記トライアックが、3又は4象限トライアックを有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。
- 前記トライアックゲート制御回路が、電圧源と、ゲート抵抗器とを更に有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。
- 高電圧絶縁バリアが、前記整流器と前記LEDドライバとの間のサイリスタを有する請求項3に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。
- 前記ソリッドステート照明装置が、LED装置を有し、前記照明ドライバ回路が、LEDドライバを有する請求項2に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイス。
- 電子蛍光灯安定器と、
前記蛍光灯安定器に取り付けられる請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の管状ソリッドステート照明デバイスとを有する照明器具。
