Description
このために、本発明は、ハウジング内部の超音波振動子の上側に内部プレートを設置し、送風機を通じてハウジングの内部に送風される空気の速い流速を用いて前記ハウジング内部の内部プレートの周囲に循環通路を形成することによって、前記超音波振動子によって前記内部プレートの下側領域で発生した微細液体粒子のみを上側領域に引き上げて噴霧口に噴霧させる超粒子噴霧装置を提供することを目的とする。
前記超音波振動子20の振動によって前記ハウジング10内の液体表面から微細液体粒子が発生すると同時に、前記送風機30から送風された空気が前記ハウジング10の空気流入口15に流入した後で前記ガイド板50にガイドされ、ハウジング10内の上部側に流動しながら流速が速くなる。
Claims (11)
- 一側に空気流入口(15)が形成され、内部には液体が収容されるハウジング(10)と、
前記ハウジング(10)に設置され、前記液体を振動させることによって微細液体粒子を発生させる超音波振動子(20)と、
前記空気流入口(15)を介して前記ハウジング(10)内に空気を送風する送風機(30)と、
前記ハウジング(10)の内部で前記超音波振動子(20)の上側に一定間隔だけ離隔して設置され、その周囲のハウジング(10)の内部には、前記送風機(30)を通じてハウジング(10)の内部に送風される空気の流速を用いて微細液体粒子を循環させる循環通路(17)を形成する内部プレート(40)と、
前記ハウジング(10)に形成され、前記循環通路(17)を介して前記内部プレート(40)の下側領域から上側領域に循環する微細液体粒子を外部に噴霧する噴霧口(16)と、
前記空気流入口(15)と内部プレート(40)との間に設置され、前記空気流入口(15)に流入した空気を前記循環通路(17)の上部側にガイドするガイド板(50)
を含み、
前記ガイド板(50)は、 前記送風機(30)を通じて前記ハウジング(10)の内部に送風される空気の流速を用いて前記内部プレート(40)とガイド板(50)との間の循環通路(17)に対してベンチュリ効果を発生させ、
前記ベンチュリ効果によって、前記内部プレート(40)の下側領域で発生した前記微細液体粒子を含む流体の少なくとも一部が吸い上がり、前記内部プレート(40)の周囲に沿って前記噴霧口(16)から噴霧され、前記流体の一部が前記循環通路(17)に沿って循環されることを特徴とする超粒子噴霧装置。 - 前記空気流入口(15)は、前記内部プレート(40)の長さ方向の一端部と向い合う前記ハウジング(10)の一側面に形成され、
前記ガイド板(50)は、前記空気流入口(15)と内部プレート(40)との間で傾斜して設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。 - 前記ガイド板(50)の下端部は前記空気流入口(15)の下端と連結され、上端部は前記内部プレート(40)の一端部から上側方向に一定間隔だけ離隔して設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。
- 前記超音波振動子(20)は、前記ハウジング(10)内部の底板(13)に互いに一定間隔だけ離隔して複数設置され、
前記内部プレート(40)は、前記ハウジング(10)の底板(13)と平行に設置され、その長さは、前記複数の超音波振動子(20)のうち両端側の2個の超音波振動子(20)を連結した長さより大きく形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。 - 前記内部プレート(40)の端部には、前記循環通路(17)の断面積を調節すると同時に、前記液体から跳ね上がる水滴の拡散を遮断する遮断板(41)が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。
- 前記噴霧口(16)は、前記ハウジング(10)で前記空気流入口(15)の反対側の上側面に形成され、
前記噴霧口(16)には、一定高さの吐出ダクト(80)が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。 - 前記吐出ダクト(80)の上端には、縁部から下向きに傾斜する傾斜面部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。
- 前記空気流入口(15)の断面積と前記噴霧口(16)の断面積は同一に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。
- 前記ハウジング(10)の一側には、前記ハウジング(10)の内部に供給するための液体を貯蔵する液体貯蔵容器(60)が備えられ、
前記液体貯蔵容器(60)の液体を前記ハウジング(10)の内部に供給する液体供給装置(70)が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。 - 前記液体供給装置(70)は、
前記ハウジング(10)の内部と連通するように連結される第1ホース(71)と、 前記液体貯蔵容器(60)の内部と連通するように連結される第2ホース(72)と、 前記第1ホース(71)及び第2ホース(72)に連結されるウォーターポンプ(73)と、を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。 - 前記ハウジング(10)の内部には、前記ハウジング(10)内部の液体水位を感知する水位感知手段が設置され、
前記液体供給装置(70)は、前記水位感知手段から感知された液体水位によって選択的に作動することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の超粒子噴霧装置。
