Description
The present invention relates to a dust countermeasure device.
Conventionally, to manufacture a coil component, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2009-224599 (Patent Document 1), a laser beam is emitted from a laser oscillator to an insulating film of a conductive wire while the conductive wire is wound around a core. Irradiation is performed to peel off the insulating film of the conductive wire.
By the way, when the coil component is manufactured as in the conventional case, it has been found that there are the following problems.
Dust is generated when the insulating film of the conducting wire is irradiated with laser light to peel off the insulating film. This dust may enter the laser oscillator and cause the laser oscillator to fail. When the laser oscillator fails, the maintenance cost of the laser oscillator increases.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dust countermeasure device that can prevent a laser oscillator from being broken due to dust.
In order to solve the above problems, the dust countermeasure device of the present invention is:
A core support for supporting the core;
A conductor holding part for holding a conductor wound around the core and covered with an insulating film; and
A laser oscillator that irradiates the conducting wire with laser light and peels off at least a part of the insulating film of the conducting wire;
A laser protective glass that is disposed between an irradiated portion irradiated with laser light in the conductive wire and the laser oscillator, and transmits laser light emitted from the laser oscillator;
A dust removing unit configured to generate an air flow on one surface of the laser protective glass on the conductive wire side, suck the dust on the one surface of the laser protective glass, and remove the dust on the one surface of the laser protective glass;
According to the dust countermeasure apparatus of the present invention, the laser protective glass is disposed between the irradiated portion of the conducting wire and the laser oscillator, and transmits the laser light emitted from the laser oscillator. Thereby, dust is generated when the insulating film is peeled off by laser light irradiation, but the laser protective glass prevents the dust from entering the laser oscillator. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the laser oscillator from being damaged by dust.
The dust removing unit generates an air flow on one surface of the laser protection glass, sucks the dust on the one surface of the laser protection glass, and removes the dust on the one surface of the laser protection glass. This prevents dust from adhering to one surface of the laser protection glass. Therefore, dust does not block the optical path of the laser beam.
Therefore, failure of the laser oscillator due to dust can be prevented, and further, the intensity of the laser beam can be prevented from lowering due to dust.
In one embodiment of the dust countermeasure apparatus, the laser protection glass is disposed below the irradiated portion of the conducting wire, and the laser oscillator is disposed below the laser protection glass.
According to the embodiment, the laser protection glass is disposed below the irradiated portion of the conducting wire, and the laser oscillator is disposed below the laser protection glass. Thereby, the laser beam emitted from the laser oscillator passes through the laser protective glass from below and irradiates the conductive wire from below. For this reason, even if dust (especially dust in a solid state) falls on one surface of the laser protection glass due to the influence of gravity, the dust removal unit can effectively remove the fallen dust.
Moreover, in one Embodiment of a dust countermeasure device, the said laser protection glass is arrange | positioned above the irradiated part of the said conducting wire, and the said laser oscillator is arrange | positioned above the said laser protection glass.
According to the embodiment, the laser protection glass is disposed above the irradiated portion of the conductive wire, and the laser oscillator is disposed above the laser protection glass. Thereby, the laser beam emitted from the laser oscillator passes through the laser protective glass from above and irradiates the conductive wire from above. For this reason, even if dust rises until it reaches the laser protection glass due to the influence of the rising airflow, the dust removal unit can effectively remove the raised dust.
In one embodiment of the dust countermeasure device,
The laser oscillator includes a first laser oscillator and a second laser oscillator,
The first laser oscillator and the second laser oscillator are arranged at positions facing each other with respect to the irradiated portion of the conducting wire.
Here, the facing position means that the optical axes of the laser beams of the first laser oscillator and the second laser oscillator may be on the same axis or not on the same axis. The optical axes of the laser beams may be parallel to each other and shifted by a predetermined distance. The optical axes of the laser beams may intersect at an angle that is not parallel (an angle other than 180 ° such as 179 °).
According to the embodiment, since the first laser oscillator and the second laser oscillator are arranged at positions facing each other with respect to the irradiated portion of the conducting wire, the laser beam is emitted from the first laser oscillator and the second laser oscillator. , And the entire circumference of the insulating film of the conductive wire can be peeled off.
Moreover, in one embodiment of the dust countermeasure apparatus, the laser light emission hole of the laser oscillator is located at a position shifted without overlapping with the portion directly under the irradiated portion of the conducting wire.
According to the above-described embodiment, the laser light emission hole of the laser oscillator is located at a position that does not overlap with the portion directly under the conductor to be irradiated, so that the laser light of the laser oscillator is obliquely below the portion to be irradiated with the conductor. Can be irradiated. Thereby, dust does not fall directly on the emission hole of the laser oscillator, and the intensity of the laser beam can be prevented from being lowered.
Moreover, in one Embodiment of a dust countermeasure device, the said dust removal part has a blower which blows air on the said one surface of the said laser protection glass, and a vacuum which attracts | sucks the dust of the said one surface of the said laser protection glass.
According to the embodiment, the dust removing unit has a blower and a vacuum. Thereby, a dust removal part can be made into a simple structure.
According to the dust countermeasure apparatus of the present invention, the laser protective glass is disposed between the irradiated portion of the conducting wire and the laser oscillator, and transmits the laser light emitted from the laser oscillator. Can be prevented. In addition, the dust removal unit generates an air flow on one surface of the laser protection glass, sucks the dust on one surface of the laser protection glass, and removes the dust on one surface of the laser protection glass, so that the intensity of the laser beam is reduced by the dust. Can be prevented.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments.

The shape of the

Each of the first and
Here, the first and
The laser light L is, for example, second harmonic generation (SHG) laser light, and the wavelength of the laser is about 532 nm. Therefore, the insulating film of each
The
The
The
The first
The second
The first
The second
Next, the manufacturing method of a coil component is demonstrated. In the manufacturing method of the coil component, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Then, the entire circumference of the insulating film at the connection position of the
Here, a state when the laser beam L is irradiated by the
When the insulating film of the
Further, the
Thus, since the
Subsequently, a state when the laser beam L is irradiated by the
When the insulating film of the
Further, the

And the insulating film of the connection position of the
As shown in FIG. 5A, the irradiated
Finally, the
According to the
Moreover, since it has the 1st, 2nd
Therefore, failure of the first and

FIG. 6 is a simplified configuration diagram showing a second embodiment of the dust countermeasure apparatus of the present invention. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the position of the first laser oscillator. This different configuration will be described below. Note that in the second embodiment, the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment have the same configurations as those in the first embodiment, and a description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 6, the

At this time, it is preferable that the laser beam is irradiated toward a part of the conducting wire by one laser oscillator and the half of the circumferential direction of the conducting wire is peeled off, and then the side on which the insulating film is peeled is reversed to leave the insulating film. The remaining insulating film is peeled off by irradiating the laser again with the laser beam facing the laser oscillator, and the entire circumference is peeled off.
In the embodiment, the two laser oscillators are arranged above and below, but the two laser oscillators may be arranged in the horizontal direction. At this time, preferably, the two laser oscillators are disposed so as to face the irradiated portion of the conducting wire.
In the above-described embodiment, one conductor is wound around the core, but two or more conductors may be wound around the core. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the conducting wire holding part is comprised from the sheet metal, it is not limited to this structure.
In the above embodiment, the entire circumference of the insulating film of the conducting wire is peeled to connect the conducting wire to the first electrode and the second electrode. However, only about half of the circumferential direction of the insulating film of the conducting wire is peeled off to obtain the conducting wire. And the first electrode and the second electrode may be connected.
