Claims (2)
- 回転軸を共有する2枚のロータに、中央部で屈曲する複数のアームの各両端を接続し、当該アームの屈曲部にトレッドを取り付けた伸縮可能な車輪の構造、および当該アームおよびロータのクランク運動と当該車輪の外径の伸縮によって車両が路面から受ける衝撃や振動を当該ロータの回転運動エネルギーに変換し緩和する車両の緩衝装置の機構、および当該アーム屈曲部に円弧状の板バネを用いてトレッドの形状保持の役割を兼ねることにより車輪外周を円形に近い曲率に保つ部品形状、および車両旋回時の車輪接地面にかかる水平方向のねじれを当該複数のアームおよびトレッドの変形によって分散して吸収する車両のステアリング補助機構。
- 請求項1の各ロータに車両の動力または制動装置を直結しそれらの回転速度を別個に調節することで当該ロータとアームのクランク運動を介して車輪の外径を一時的に伸縮させ、車両の各車輪搭載位置の車高を一時的に変化させて車体の姿勢を制御する方法。
