Claims (4)
- 一端側に燃料タンク内に連通する第1流通口が形成され、他端側に燃料タンク外に連通する第2流通口が形成され、内部が弁室をなすと共に、前記第1流通口に連通する開口部に弁座を設けた弁ケースと、
該弁ケースの弁室にスライド可能に配置されると共に、前記弁座に接離するシール部、及び、前記弁室の内周に沿って所定長さで延びて配置された外周部を有する弁体と、
前記弁体の外周部の内側に挿入され、一端が前記弁体に当接し、他端が前記弁ケースの他端側に当接して配置され、前記弁体を前記弁ケースの弁座に向けて付勢する正圧バネとを備え、
前記弁体の外周部には、該外周部の軸方向に延びると共に、周方向に所定間隔で配置された複数の開口部が形成されており、
前記弁ケースの弁室の内周からは、前記弁ケースの内径方向へ向けて突出し、前記弁体の各開口部を通って、前記正圧バネの径方向移動を規制するように配置されたリブが設けられていることを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記リブは、前記正圧バネの一端側における移動軌跡をカバーする範囲に設けられている請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁ケースの軸心に対して、前記弁体の軸心及び前記正圧バネの軸心が同心状となるように、前記弁体及び前記正圧バネが配置された状態において、前記弁ケースの内周と前記弁体の外周との隙間をAとし、前記リブの突出方向端面と前記正圧バネの外周との隙間をBとしたとき、A>Bとなるように構成されている請求項1又は2記載の弁装置。
- 前記弁体には貫通路が設けられ、該貫通路の前記燃料タンク側に連通する開口に負圧弁座が設けられており、
前記貫通路には前記負圧弁座を開閉する負圧弁がスライド可能に配置され、該負圧弁は、前記弁体内に配置された負圧バネによって前記負圧弁座を閉じる方向に付勢されており、
前記弁体の前記正圧バネが配置される部分の内側には、前記負圧バネの外周をガイドするガイド壁が前記弁体と一体に設けられており、
前記弁ケースの軸心に対して、前記弁体の軸心及び前記正圧バネの軸心が同心状になるように、前記弁体及び前記正圧バネが配置された状態において、前記正圧バネの内周と前記ガイド壁の外周との隙間をCとしたとき、A−B<Cとなるように構成されている請求項3記載の弁装置。
