コラムスペーサー部CSは、ゲート光遮断部、データ光遮断部又は、ゲート光遮断部及びデータ光遮断部に対応する位置に形成されてもよい。

Claims (9)
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に形成されて、第1高さの上面を有する第1光遮断部、前記第1光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより低い第2高さの上面を有する第2光遮断部、及び前記第2光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより高い第3高さの上面を有するコラムスペーサー部を含む光遮断部材と、を含み、
前記第2光遮断部は、前記コラムスペーサー部の周りを囲むリング状であり、
前記第1光遮断部は、前記第2光遮断部の周りを囲むとともに、コラムスペーサーの近傍以外の領域をなし、
前記第1光遮断部、前記第2光遮断部、及び前記コラムスペーサー部は、互いに一体に形成されることを特徴とする表示基板。 - ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に形成されて、第1高さの上面を有する第1光遮断部、前記第1光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより低い第2高さの上面を有する第2光遮断部、及び前記第2光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより高い第3高さの上面を有するコラムスペーサー部を含む光遮断部材と、を含み、
前記第2光遮断部は、前記コラムスペーサー部の周りを囲むリング状であり、
前記第1光遮断部は、前記第2光遮断部の周りを囲むとともに、コラムスペーサーの近傍以外の領域をなし、
前記第2光遮断部は、前記第1光遮断部から前記コラムスペーサー部に行くほどますます深くなることを特徴とする表示基板。 - 前記第2光遮断部の幅は、5μmより小さいか又は同じであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の表示基板。
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に形成されて、第1高さの上面を有する第1光遮断部、前記第1光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより低い第2高さの上面を有する第2光遮断部、及び前記第2光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより高い第3高さの上面を有するコラムスペーサー部を含む光遮断部材と、を含み、
前記第2光遮断部は、前記コラムスペーサー部の周りを囲むリング状であり、
前記第1光遮断部は、前記第2光遮断部の周りを囲むとともに、コラムスペーサーの近傍以外の領域をなし、
前記第2光遮断部は、垂直方向の断面において、円弧状、または、その他の下方及び外側へと膨出する滑らかな湾曲状をなすことを特徴とする表示基板。 - 前記コラムスペーサー部は、根元部が、他の部分よりも傾斜が急峻であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の表示基板。
- 前記コラムスペーサー部及びこれを囲む第2光遮断部は、平面図で見て、同心円状に配置される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の表示基板。
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に形成されて、第1高さの上面を有する第1光遮断部、前記第1光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより低い第2高さの上面を有する第2光遮断部、及び前記第2光遮断部と隣接し、前記第1高さより高い第3高さの上面を有するコラムスペーサー部を含む光遮断部材と、を含み、
前記第2光遮断部は、前記コラムスペーサー部の周りを囲むリング状であり、
前記第1光遮断部は、前記第2光遮断部の周りを囲むとともに、コラムスペーサーの近傍以外の領域をなし、
前記コラムスペーサー部及びこれを囲む第2光遮断部は、平面図で見て、同心円状に配置され、
前記光遮断部材は、前記第1高さより高く、前記第3高さより低い第4高さの上面を有する第2コラムスペーサー部をさらに含み、
前記光遮断部材は、前記第1光遮断部と前記第2コラムスペーサー部との間に配置される第3光遮断部をさらに含み、
前記第3光遮断部は、前記第1光遮断部から前記第2コラムスペーサー部に行くほどますます深くなり、前記第2コラムスペーサー部の周りを囲むリング状であることを特徴とする表示基板。 - 前記ベース基板上にはゲートライン及びデータラインが形成され、前記光遮断部材は前記ゲートライン及び前記データラインをカバーし、前記コラムスペーサー部は前記ゲートラインに対応する位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示基板。
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板上に形成され、第1厚さを有する第1光遮断部、前記第1光遮断部と隣接して前記第1厚さより小さい第2厚さを有する第2光遮断部、及び前記第2光遮断部と隣接して前記第1光遮断部より突出したコラムスペーサー部を含む光遮断部材と、を含み、
前記第2光遮断部は、前記コラムスペーサー部の周りを囲むリング状であり、
前記第1光遮断部は、前記第2光遮断部の周りを囲むとともに、コラムスペーサーの近傍以外の領域をなし、
前記第1光遮断部、前記第2光遮断部、及び前記コラムスペーサー部は、互いに一体に形成されることを特徴とする表示基板。
