Description
Embodiments described herein relate generally to a rotary compressor and a refrigeration cycle apparatus.
As a rotary compressor used in a refrigeration cycle apparatus such as an air conditioner, a configuration having a container in which lubricating oil is stored and a compression mechanism unit housed in the container is known. The compression mechanism section includes a cylindrical cylinder, a closing plate that closes the opening of the cylinder, and a roller that rotates eccentrically in a cylinder chamber formed by the cylinder and the closing plate. In the blade groove formed in the cylinder, there is disposed a blade whose front end surface abuts on the roller and divides the cylinder chamber into a compression chamber and a suction chamber. The blade moves back and forth in the cylinder chamber as the roller rotates eccentrically.
By the way, it is preferable that the above-described blade slides with respect to the closing plate in a state where lubricating oil is interposed between the blade and the closing plate. Thereby, it is considered that the sealability between the blade and the closing plate can be secured while reducing the wear between the blade and the closing plate.
However, the rotary compressor described above still has room for improvement in that a desired amount of lubricating oil is interposed between the blade and the closing plate. Specifically, a load is applied to the side surface of the blade due to a differential pressure between the compression chamber and the suction chamber. In particular, in the operation region (the second half of the compression stroke) in which the blade shifts from the bottom dead center (the state that protrudes most into the cylinder chamber) to the top dead center (the state that retracts most from the cylinder chamber), the load on the side surface of the blade is large. Therefore, a lot of lubricating oil is required between the blade and the closing plate. In this case, if the lubricating oil between the blade and the closing plate is insufficient and the oil film is broken, the wear between the blade and the closing plate increases, and the operation reliability may be lowered. In addition, the sealing performance between the blade and the closing plate is lowered, and the refrigerant leaks from the compression chamber to the suction chamber, which may reduce the compression performance.
On the other hand, in the operating region (first half of the compression stroke) where the blade moves from top dead center to bottom dead center, the load on the side surface of the blade is smaller than in the second half of the compression stroke. Therefore, less lubricating oil is required between the blade and the closing plate.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a rotary compressor and a refrigeration cycle apparatus capable of improving operation reliability and compression performance over a long period of time.

The blade is provided in a blade groove formed in the cylinder, and the tip end surface abuts on the roller to divide the cylinder chamber into a suction chamber and a compression chamber, and can advance and retreat into the cylinder chamber with the eccentric rotation of the roller.
Hereinafter, a rotary compressor and a refrigeration cycle apparatus according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the

Here, as the lubricating oil J, any of ester-based, ether-based, alkylbenzene-based, and polyalkylene glycol-based, or a mixed oil in which these are combined can be used. The lubricating oil J preferably has a kinematic viscosity at 100 ° C. of 5 mm 2 / s to 25 mm 2 / s. In the present embodiment, an ester-based lubricating oil J having a kinematic viscosity at 100 ° of about 10 mm 2 / s is preferably used. The kinematic viscosity is a value measured according to JIS K2283.
The rotating
The
The

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a

The

As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a discharge hole 64 (see FIG. 2) that penetrates the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
On the upper and lower end surfaces of the blade 55 (surfaces facing the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
本実施形態において、給油溝81は、その最大溝深さE(本実施形態では直線延在部82の深さ)が溝幅H(図2参照)よりも深くなっている。
In the linearly extending
The slope of the
As shown in FIG. 2, portions other than the

Next, the operation of the
As shown in FIG. 1, when electric power is supplied to the
Specifically, in the

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion III in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, in the process in which the
On the other hand, since the radially outer end of the

As shown in FIG. 4, the lubricating oil J increases in oil supply as the kinematic viscosity decreases.
FIG. 5 is a graph showing the relationship between kinematic viscosity and sealability. The “sealability” is mainly a sealability by an oil film between the
As shown in FIG. 5, when the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil J is too low or too high, it can be seen that the sealing performance is deteriorated. For example, when the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil J is smaller than 5 mm 2 / s, the lubricating oil J is excellent in oil supply as shown in FIG. 4, but between the
On the other hand, when the kinematic viscosity of the lubricating oil J is greater than 25 mm 2 / s, the lubricating property of the lubricating oil J is low as shown in FIG. 4, and therefore sufficient lubrication is provided between the
In the present embodiment, a kinematic viscosity at 100 ° C. has been constructed using a 5 mm 2 / s or more 25 mm 2 / s or less of the lubricating oil J.
According to this configuration, it is possible to achieve both the oil supply property of the lubricating oil J in the
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the arc-shaped
Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the sealing performance can be ensured as described above, even if CO 2 is used as the refrigerant, the operating pressure is likely to be high, the compression chamber is caused by the differential pressure between the compression chamber and the suction chamber. It is possible to prevent the refrigerant from leaking into the suction chamber.

FIG. 6 is a graph showing the relationship between the clearance between the
As shown in FIG. 6, in the comparative example, it can be seen that the COP ratio decreases as the clearance between the
In contrast, in the example, it can be seen that the COP ratio is higher than that in the comparative example regardless of the clearance between the

Thus, when R32 is used as a refrigerant, a greater effect can be obtained.
In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the base material of the
When a nitride film is formed on the surface layer of the base material, first, the

In the present embodiment, the groove depth of the
According to the present embodiment, since the groove width H of the

10 is a cross-sectional view of the
As shown in FIG. 10, the
According to this configuration, since the
As shown in FIG. 11, an
In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the
In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the
Further, the outer shape (for example, the length in the axial direction) of each blade piece may be different.
In addition, as in the
According to this configuration, since the lubricating oil J can be held in the
According to at least one embodiment described above, lubrication in a lubrication groove or between a blade and a closing plate is achieved by using a lubricating oil having a kinematic viscosity at 100 ° C. of 5 mm 2 / s to 25 mm 2 / s. The oil supply property and the sealing property between the blade and the closing plate can be compatible. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the oil film from being ruptured between the blade and the closing plate, and to suppress direct contact between the blade and the closing plate, thereby reducing wear between the two and ensuring operation reliability. In addition, it is possible to prevent the lubricating oil interposed between the blade and the closing plate from flowing into the cylinder chamber, and to prevent the refrigerant from flowing into the cylinder chamber together with the lubricating oil. it can.
In addition, since the cross-sectional area perpendicular to the moving direction of the blade at the second end portion in the radial direction of the oil supply groove decreases from the first end portion side toward the second end portion side, the wedge effect is obtained in the latter half of the compression stroke. It tends to occur. Therefore, the lubricating oil is effectively supplied to the second end side between the blade and the closing plate. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the oil film between the blade and the closing plate from being broken and to suppress direct contact between the blade and the closing plate, so that wear between the two can be reduced.
In addition, since the communication between the compression chamber and the suction chamber through the blade and the closing plate is blocked by the oil film, the sealing performance between the blade and the closing plate can be ensured. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the leakage of the refrigerant from the compression chamber to the suction chamber that passes between the blade and the closing plate, and to improve the compression performance.
Furthermore, since the other end portion of the oil supply groove communicates with the sealed container, it is possible to suppress a large amount of lubricating oil from flowing into the second end portion side of the blade in the first half of the compression stroke. Therefore, in the first half of the compression stroke, it is possible to suppress the lubricant oil from being excessively interposed between the blade and the closing plate and maintain the sealing performance between the two.
