Claims (8)
- 発電要素を含み偏平に形成した電池本体と、前記電池本体から導出した電極タブと、を備え、厚み方向に積層した少なくとも一対の単電池、および積層した前記一対の単電池の前記電極タブの間に配設する絶縁性のスペーサ、を備えた電池アセンブリが複数積層され、
前記スペーサは、前記一対の単電池の電極タブを保持し、
保持された前記一対の単電池は前記電池アセンブリ内で電気的に接続され、
隣接する電池アセンブリを互いに電気的に接続する一対の前記電極タブの先端部は、前記スペーサの面のうち、前記電池本体とは反対側に位置した面の側で、前記電池アセンブリの積層方向に折り曲げられ、折り曲げた部分同士が電気的に接続されている、組電池。 - 前記一対の単電池は導電性の導電部材によって電気的に接続され、
前記隣接する電池アセンブリを互いに電気的に接続する前記電極タブは、前記スペーサの両端側に配置され、
前記導電部材によって前記一対の単電池同士を電気的に接続する位置は、前記隣接する電池アセンブリ同士を互いに電気的に接続する位置よりも内側である請求項1に記載の組電池。 - 前記導電部材は前記スペーサに保持されたバスバを有し、
前記スペーサは複数の辺を備え、一の辺における中央にて前記バスバを保持し、
前記一の辺における端部において前記隣接する電池アセンブリ同士を電気的に接続する請求項2に記載の組電池。 - 前記一対の単電池は、前記導電部材によって直列または並列に接続してなる請求項2に記載の組電池。
- 前記導電部材は、バスバを有し、
前記スペーサは、前記バスバを取り付けてなる請求項2または4に記載の組電池。 - 前記バスバは、電圧を検出する電圧検出部を一体的に設けてなる請求項3または5に記載の組電池。
- 前記導電部材は、前記スペーサに設けられた溝部に差し込まれて少なくとも一部が前記スペーサに埋没した埋没部を備え、
前記スペーサは、前記埋没部を外部から視認する開口部をさらに備える請求項2に記載の組電池。 - 単電池の積層方向において隣接する電池アセンブリは、前記隣接する電池アセンブリ同士を互いに電気的に接続する一対の前記電極タブを互いに直接接合、またはバスバを介して接合することによって電気的に接続してなる請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の組電池。
