Description
−鼻の上に着けて、鼻孔にガスを供給する鼻マスク、
−口の上に着けて、口にガスを供給するオーラルマスク、
−鼻と口の両方の上に着けて、両方にガスを供給するフルフェイスマスク、及び
−マスクであるとともに本発明の範囲内にあると見なされ、鼻孔にガスを直接供給する小さい鼻挿入物から構成される、鼻枕、
である。
特許文献4は、ガス入力及び出力を備える内側チャンバ、並びに患者の顔に接触するとともに可撓膜によって包まれる当接部材を有する、呼吸補助装置を開示している。
− ガスの流れの少なくとも一部を受ける入口、及び
− 患者接触要素の中に配置されるとともに入口と流体連通して配置される少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素。患者接触要素はさらに、少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素とユーザの鼻及び/又は口を受けるための患者接触要素の内側空間との間に配置される気密材料の第1の層を有し、気密材料は、その中に少なくとも1つの開口を有する。患者接触要素は、少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素と使用中にガスの流れと流体連通していない患者接触要素の外側空間との間に配置される気密材料の第2の層を有する。
本発明の実施形態によれば、患者接触要素はさらに、額パッド、ヘッドギア及び頬取付サポートのうちの1又は複数を含む。
Claims (11)
- ガスの流れをユーザに供給するための患者インタフェース用患者接触要素であって、使用中、前記ユーザの皮膚との実質的に気密なシールを提供するように構成され、前記患者接触要素は:
− 前記ガスの流れの少なくとも一部を受ける入口と、
− 前記患者接触要素の中に配置されるとともに前記入口と流体連通して配置され、発泡体及び/又はスペーサファブリックの積み重ねを有する少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素と、
− 前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素と前記ユーザの鼻及び/又は口を受けるための前記患者接触要素の内側空間との間に配置される気密材料の第1の層であって、前記気密材料は、その中に少なくとも1つの開口を有する、第1の層と、
前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素と、使用中に前記ガスの流れと流体連通していない前記患者接触要素の外側空間との間に配置される気密材料の第2の層と、を有し、
前記入口は、前記ガスの流れの少なくとも一部を前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素に直接供給するために、前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素の中に直接広がる、
患者接触要素。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素の少なくとも一部を覆う気密材料の少なくとも1つのさらなる層を有する、
請求項1に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記患者接触要素は、クッションである、
請求項1に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記発泡体は、連続気泡発泡体である、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素の形状は、ユーザの顔又は頭の輪郭に適合される、

請求項1に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記患者接触要素は、複数のガス透過性要素を有する、
請求項1に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記患者接触要素の少なくとも一部を覆うとともに使用中に前記ユーザの皮膚との実質的に気密のシールを提供する第3の層を有し、前記第3の層は、前記少なくとも1つのガス透過性要素に直接接続されていない、
請求項1に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記第3の層は、ポリマーフィルム、ポリマー膜、独立気泡発泡体及び/又はコーティングされた織物を含む、
請求項8に記載の患者接触要素。 - 前記ポリマーフィルムは、ポリウレタンフィルム又はシリコーンフィルムである、
請求項9に記載の患者接触要素。 - ユーザにガスの流れを供給するための患者インタフェースであって、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の患者接触要素を有する、
患者インタフェース。
