Description
本発明に係る接続端子の実施形態の1つを図1から図4に基づいて説明する。
本変形例の接続端子2について、図5から図7を用いて説明する。本変形例の接続端子2は、前述した実施形態の接続端子1において、姿勢調整構造70を下記の姿勢調整構造170に置き換えたものである。よって、本変形例では、実施形態で示したものと同じ符号を付すことで、実施形態の接続端子1と同じ部品や部位についての説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- 相手側の雄端子の雄型接続体が挿入される柱状の内部空間が設けられた雌型接続体、及び、電線の導電部が電気的に接続される電線接続体を有する導電性の端子本体と、
前記雄型接続体の挿抜方向に沿って2つの領域に区画された前記内部空間の一方の領域で前記雌型接続体の内周面に対向配置され、かつ、前記雌型接続体の内周面で前記雌型接続体に対して電気的に接続されると共に、前記雌型接続体の第1開口から前記内部空間に挿入された前記雄型接続体に対して電気的に接続される接点部材と、
前記接点部材を前記内部空間での収容完了後の位置に保持する係止構造と、
前記接点部材の前記内部空間での姿勢を調整する姿勢調整構造と、
を備え、
前記係止構造は、前記雌型接続体の第2開口側に配置される前記接点部材の端部から前記接点部材の前記内部空間への挿入方向に向けて突出させた被係止体と、前記雌型接続体の前記第2開口側の端部から前記挿入方向に向けて突出させた係止体と、を備え、
前記係止構造は、前記接点部材の前記内部空間への収容が完了したときに、前記被係止体の被係止部と前記係止体の係止部とが前記挿抜方向で対向配置させられるように前記被係止体と前記係止体とを形成し、
前記姿勢調整構造は、前記接点部材に設けた被係止保持体と、前記端子本体に設けた係止保持体と、を備え、
前記係止保持体は、前記接点部材の前記内部空間への収容完了後における前記被係止部と前記係止部との前記挿抜方向での対向配置状態が保たれる範囲内で前記被係止保持体の被係止保持部の係止が可能で、かつ、その係止状態で前記被係止保持部を保持することが可能な係止保持部を有することを特徴とした接続端子。 - 前記係止保持部は、前記接点部材の前記内部空間への収容完了前から前記被係止保持部の係止と保持とを行えるように形成することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の接続端子。
- 前記接点部材は、前記挿抜方向で互いに間隔を空けて配置され、前記雌型接続体の内周面に対して電気的に接続される第1及び第2の雌側接点部と、前記第1及び第2の雌側接点部を連結させ、前記内部空間に挿入された前記雄型接続体に対して電気的に接続される雄側接点部と、前記第2開口側に配置される前記第2雌側接点部から前記挿入方向に向けて突出させた前記被係止体と、を有し、
前記姿勢調整構造は、前記雌型接続体の内周面の周方向に沿って延在させた前記第2雌側接点部を前記被係止保持体として利用すると共に、前記第2雌側接点部の周方向における両端を各々前記被係止保持部として利用し、かつ、前記雌型接続体の内周面から前記被係止保持部毎に膨出させた膨出体を前記係止保持体として利用することを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の接続端子。 - 前記接点部材は、前記挿抜方向で互いに間隔を空けて配置され、前記雌型接続体の内周面に対して電気的に接続される第1及び第2の雌側接点部と、前記第1及び第2の雌側接点部を連結させ、前記内部空間に挿入された前記雄型接続体に対して電気的に接続される雄側接点部と、前記第2開口側に配置される前記第2雌側接点部から前記挿入方向に向けて突出させた前記被係止体と、前記雌型接続体の内周面の周方向に延在させた前記第2雌側接点部の周方向における両端から前記挿入方向に向けて各々突出させた前記被係止保持体と、を有し、
前記係止保持体は、前記被係止保持体毎に設けることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の接続端子。
