Claims (6)
- 燃料ガスを燃焼させるバーナと、筐体内へバーナの燃焼用空気を供給する燃焼ファンと、バーナにより生成された燃焼排ガス中の熱を回収して給水源から供給される水を加熱する熱交換器とを備え、筐体内におけるバーナの下方に熱交換器が配設され、前記燃焼排ガスを熱交換器に対して上方から供給するように構成された燃焼装置であって、
バーナの燃焼運転の停止後、燃焼ファンを所定時間継続して作動させ、筐体内に滞留する燃焼排ガスを外部に排出させるポストパージ運転の実行手段と、
ポストパージ運転の終了後、燃焼ファンの作動および停止を所定の間隔で複数回繰り返し、熱交換器の周辺で発生する水蒸気を外部に排出させる間欠給気運転の実行手段とを備えた、燃焼装置。 - 燃料ガスを燃焼させるバーナと、筐体内へバーナの燃焼用空気を供給する燃焼ファンと、バーナにより生成された燃焼排ガス中の熱を回収して給水源から供給される水を加熱する熱交換器とを備え、筐体内におけるバーナの下方に熱交換器が配設され、前記燃焼排ガスを熱交換器に対して上方から供給するように構成された燃焼装置であって、
バーナの燃焼運転の停止後、燃焼ファンを所定時間作動させるポストパージ運転の実行手段と、
ポストパージ運転の終了後、燃焼ファンの作動および停止を所定の間隔で複数回繰り返す間欠給気運転の実行手段とを備え、
間欠給気運転における燃焼ファンの停止時間を初回停止時から徐々に大きく設定する、燃焼装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の燃焼装置において、
間欠給気運転の実行中に熱交換器の温度が基準温度より低くなれば、間欠給気運転を停止させる給気停止動作の実行手段を備えた、燃焼装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の燃焼装置において、
間欠給気運転における燃焼ファンの作動時間もしくは回転数の少なくとも何れか一方を初回作動時から徐々に小さく設定する、燃焼装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の燃焼装置において、
熱交換器の温度が低いほど、間欠給気運転における燃焼ファンの停止時間を大きく設定する、又は、間欠給気運転における燃焼ファンの作動時間もしくは回転数の少なくとも何れか一方を小さく設定する、燃焼装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の燃焼装置において、
燃焼運転時のバーナの燃焼時間もしくは積算燃焼熱量が小さいほど、間欠給気運転における燃焼ファンの停止時間を大きく設定する、又は、間欠給気運転における燃焼ファンの作動時間もしくは回転数の少なくとも何れか一方を小さく設定する、燃焼装置。
